We were stuck after our car broke down, we called the place and were told help is on its way to tow our car to a nearest repair shop. We waited for almost 1.5 hours but no one showed up. We tried reaching the place multiple times but all we got was silence. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but that’s the least I could give. Zero stars from my side.

Called for a tow got a price and an estimated time of arrival being 30 minutes. An hour later I called multiple times with no answer, once finally getting in touch I was told that the driver was 10 minutes away. That was a lie and the driver never showed. 20 minutes later I get a call from a different driver who then proceeded to tell me he was on his way and will be 30 minutes. Overall this was the worst experience and the company is very unprofessional. Waited two hours in the blazing heat. NEVER AGAIN if you need a tow go to any other company but this one.
