Great experience purchasing my car from Leith Alfa Romeo of Raleigh. My sales person Mario Joseph was great in providing information to me even before I visited the car lot. Mario sent me pictures and all necessary information on the car I was interested in. Once I made it to the car lot, even through I was about 2 hours late for my appointment, Mario greeted me with a smile. It had been a long day for me and I was a little tired and couldn't make up my mind on whether to purchase new or used. Charles was a consummate professional; he respectfully negotiated the price of the car and was very knowledgable about extended warranties and aftercare service. My best experience in purchasing a car in the last45 yrs! They were flexible with my personal situation, upfront on what the costs and trade in numbers would be with out th back and forth negotiating . My Sales person Charles Parker followed through on everything, solved some logistics problems on the delivery on his own persona time. The sales manger Glenn Finkel was equally helpful. They made it easy, fair, and answered all my questions in a timely matter. Just a first class professional operation.

10/10 experience getting a used car at Maserati of Raleigh. Anthony, my sales rep, was so helpful and personable that it made the process so easy and comfortable. He, along with the finance manager Darryl, talked me through the entire process, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove home my dream car. Ecstatic is an understatement. Highly recommend!!

So my dealings with this dealership have been nothing short of awesome and am EXTREMELY happy to be able to write this review. The reason for such joy goes far past the mere purchasing of a car. This was 1) my… first remote out of state vehicle purchase and 2) my sons 17th birthday gift. So needless to say, there was a lot at stake here! So, the purchase was easy peezy-they sent all purchase documents to me overnight via FedEx. I got them signed and notarized the following day and sent them back. I needed the car delivered and they already had an "in house" delivery service provider...so

I always have a smooth experience here. Hannah, Doug, and Andrew always make sure my AR is taken care of and the mechanical staff always does great work. I have been there to get a several things fixed and each time my car comes back better and cleaner than when I drove in. Dealership also has great wifi and small offices if you need to work while waiting. Highly recommend anyone taking their AR here for whatever is needed.
