Charged my card never received meds & then plans to HIT your card every 2-3 weeks! Beware!!!!! Hard to cancel!!!! Wait time 2-3 hours can never speak to a live agent! Scam

No wonder they have such low rating. I tried out this pharmacy twice first time it went well second time they shipped the meds to the wrong address so I had to pay again to have it shipped to the correct address. They started the dispute said it would take 24-48hrs and two weeks later I get a call saying the dispute was denied because I didn’t update the address. I updated my address and called twice before it was shipped and they won’t return my money. DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!! Customer service is horrible and they never have a manager or supervisor available. Worst experience ever!

I hate this company.
They ship late. They do not follow instructions re. vacation hold..
Upon receipt of order, they take 3 days to tell me that they cannot ship
to my vacation destination.
Shipments of refrigeration sensitive medicines arrive out of delivery window.
Notifications of delivery are incorrect.
Customer service unavailable by phone on weekends or evenings. No ability to interact on their website. Customer profile information cannot be updated by customer. Emails go unanswered.

Another complaint! I was just on hold to talk to customer service. There was one person in the queue. I waited 6 minutes on hold. Then I got a voicemail to leave a message! Where is the live operator! Reduced to two stars.
I see lots of negative comments here about the automated system called Ava. I too think that this AWFUL, SUPER glitchy, repetitive, loopy system is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I cannot believe how many times you have to repeat or retype things, how it continually blocks you from talking to a live employee, how many questions you need to answer etc. Simply and horrifically AWFUL. Eagle Pharmacy was very helpful with my enrollment in their Synthroid Delivers program and their customer service has been outstanding. I have had no problem receiving my prescription in Indianapolis.

I will add my negative review (10/18/21). Eagle confirmed my eligibility for my RX by phone and I paid my $25 copay. Two weeks later it had not arrived. I called and was told my RX was cancelled. They said the reason was that Eagle does not fill RX’s covered by the BCBS Federal Employee Program or any other Federal program including Medicaid. I had never had a pharmacy reject my RX’s for this reason. This strikes me as a phony excuse that does not make any sense. Finally, the pharmacy never reached out to tell me that my RX was cancelled. I am a retired pharmacist and never heard of this reason

Victor is my hero. He deserves 5 stars and a raise. AVA, their automated answering service says she only understands complete sentences, gets 0 stars because she really doesn't understand complete sentences. AVA is not good customer service. I called multiple times trying to speak to a real person--got past AVA 3 times but then was disconnected by the people I had reached. They also get 0 stars because I had to start over again with AVA.
UPDATE: I would revise this to negative stars if possible. It's now been 12 days and I still don't have my RX. I signed in online--no record of RX. I spent 15

I gave up on Eagle and asked my doctor to send the prescription to another pharmacy. The website is confusing and so is the automated voice receptionist and I could not get to a live voice. I am tech-savvy but this is the second time I have been unable to refill a prescription because of technical problems.

My Dr's office , sent in a RX on
Wednesday. I spoke with someone Wednesday Afternoon, and was told that I would receive my Meds in 2 days. Friday is here I'm waiting I receive nothing in the mail. I check my account, and its says my order is canceled. No one called to notify me of that , it was 5 minutes to 5 now I have to wait the whole weekend to contact my Dr's office on Monday.
