The man over the phone Ray I think was very helpful and we were helped quickly helped our taxi showed up in 10 minutes. Houston this company solves the problem. I was surprised how fast they got a driver to pick me up. After waiting over 3 hours for Yellow Cab, they had a driver in less than 15 minutes at my house.

After 90 mins, still no cab....but they didn't hesitate to get pre-authorization on my debit card for $49.70 yesterday, then blocked my # immediately after questioning the charges. Today, a charge of $41.42 was collected by Cab Club without any services preformed yesterday ...my roommate called on his cell as they blocked me, man that answered said, "she wasn't there" then laughing said, "She can dispute the charges, but my driver will say she wasn't there or she did ride". ..proof they are THIEVES, SCANNING PPL NEEDING TRANSPORTATION FROM MEDICAL PROCEDURES !
