Mark is fair, only communicates on Mondays, does not value your life as high as you do, did not put deals in writing and erred on after settlement benefits in my favor. The complexity of my injury along with degenerative percentages complicated my case. Doctors were not strong in chart noting nor follow thru for WC approval for MRIs, etc. Its too bad health care is nor provided and the payment worked out after ... 452 days, really?

Mark Thesing is an excellent workers comp attorney. When I was hurt at work and was getting the run around by the state, he stepped in and sent me to the right Drs. And made sure I was getting the best care possible. Without him, I wouldn't have received anything. Thanks to his hard work and due diligence, he won an unwinnable case. I appreciate him very much, and if I ever get hurt again (I sure hope not) he will be the man I call. You cannot go wrong with choosing him. He is attentive, listens and works hard for you. He certainly goes the extra mile. Thank you Mark, you're an amazing guy. I'm

I would give 10 stars if possible, Mark really went to bat for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. As soon as he began representing me, my worries and fears disappeared because I very quickly realized I had chosen the best attorney possible. He cares about people, and their families and really puts forth the effort to make sure things turn out positively for his clients. During the initial consultation he was kind and professional, and even took the time to meet my Father and 4 year old daughter. The outcome of hiring Mark has truly been better than I even imagined. Very grateful

I injured my back at work while lifting a very heavy sheet glass. Even though the medical evidence supported my conditions the insurance did not.
I hired, Mark, and he appealed the denial immediately and requested that my conditions be accepted after a few months we were able to get everything settled. I am on the mend and if it wasn't for Mark's experience and expertise I don't believe I would have gotten the same results.

If there were negative stars I would choose those. We had met with him for a consultation and asked if he could step out of the room just so we could discuss what we thought. He was rude and condescending to us and I don't believe he is capable as an attorney to go to court and even win. We have a solid case, but he is just out for a cheap buck so he wants to settle for everything and not work. He did not want me conferencing in on the apt with my 19 year old daughter. When she left he basically kicked her out the door and just said he was not taking us on and good luck. He is not capable of an
