ACCESSbank
We're adding another layer of protection to your online and mobile account using two-factor authentication. We've joined the American Banker's Association and banks across the country in a nationwide effort to fight phishing-one scam at a time with the #banksneveraskthat campaign. I've been a satisfied customer of ACCESSbank's for several years.

The employees are always personable, helpful and friendly, no matter which branch you're at. After years of being frustrated at other banks, I finally found my banking home at ACCESSbank! Whether I'm working with a commercial banker, branch manager or the front line employees, the customer service is always first rate.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The service and help we got during our quest to secure PPP loans for both of my small businesses was incredible. The bankers worked long hours and over the week-ends to help us through the whole loan process. We are long time Access customers, and I am very thankful for being with a bank that cares about me. When friends who bank at larger banks couldn't get help, we referred them to Access. They, too, were able to get the help they needed from Access in a time of great worry and panic.

Holy cow, if you want a supportive locally grown, home-town banking experience, this is your place. They offer most all the services of the regional and national commercial banks, but actually realize they are here because of their clients, not in spite of. They still recognize that profits will come after providing an exceptional experience, rather than necessarily line their pockets with every interaction. I am lucky to have them on my team.

Access Bank is customer-centric. Often said, but rarely well executed. Everyone at Access from tellers to officers is always willing to go the extra mile for me. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

I'm sad to say it because a few years ago this would have been 5 stars hands down. They are starting to open more locations these days and losing the personal touch they had going for them. Now there seems to be an issue almost every other week with them. I don't know if it is the rude new people they are hiring or what but I am becoming very dissatisfied with them and am currently debating switching banks. They are getting to the point of being almost as bad as Sac federal credit union but not quite, therefore one of the stars. The other star is pure hope that they will get their act together

By far the worst experience ever. I recently went to the branch off La Vista since I just moved right down the street. I was happy to see my Bank was near by finally. As I walk in, I see not one but their whole staff on their phone. The one girl on the far wouldn’t even get up and had an attitude with me. She asked for my ID and then threw it back at me. I said you didn’t have to throw that back at me but thank you. I let her know how I liked my bills 2 times because I wasn’t sure if she heard me the first time. She still didn’t listen to me. Typically that wouldn’t bother me so much
