Horrible company. Unless you want to pay for service, have your vehicle damaged, then abandoned on the side of the road, then repeatedly lied to, have your numerous calls ignored, and they still keep your money. Brandon is a liar and a thief. You're better off pushing it. We will be filing complaints with the Wisconsin AG and the BBB. Save yourself the hassle and use literally anyone else.

I don't remember his name but the guy who got my bronco out of the trees last Sunday was awesome! He was super polite and timely and very easy going. He was also very safe and got my car out without causing more damage then there already was. I would highly recommend this towing company because I don't know how he manage to even get my car out with how it was.

We are new to the area and didn't know who to trust for towing. AAA was a nightmare to deal with but Roadrunner was amazzzzzzing. Once we got the ball in their hands, the dispatch staff was super helpful and the driver, Tim, was not only super careful with my prized possession late 70's VW collector but was really knowledgeable about what area experts might actually be able to work on her. They handled all the paperwork so there wasn't much administrative ho-ha involved. It's STRESSFUL when you have a vehicle that is irreplaceable in a vulnerable position to have a company that actually cares.

I was told by AAA that they would be there within the hour; about a half hour into my wait the driver gave a call saying he would be there in another 15 minutes which was still in the quoted time. He arrived and got my car loaded and secured on the wrecker in short order. He was good humored and efficient at his job. Should my car ever breakdown again I hope it is within their service area!
