Ken Bushnell started moving over 30 years ago working for the biggest and most successful mover in the business. Great service with excellent, dedicated staff very much in focus to avoid damages. Ken Bushnell even provided boxes and heavy duty wrapping papers so we could do the initial box if of all our household items. They arrived the day before the big move to "prep" everything with protective blankets and picture boxes so everything was staged for the following day to load and move. It was an 11-12 hour day but staff never slacked off and was continually moving quickly to complete the move.

Ken and his crew were great. They showed up on time and were very professional. They had to move items 135 miles south and unload at a memory care facility ensuring professionalism at that end. They put together a bed a few times for us as not sure where we wanted it. After that we had them take the bed to another location. Never complained offered up advice where we got a bit overwhelmed with this move. I would HIGHLY recommend Ken

I cannot recommend Ken highly enough. My move was seamless. I moved from one apartment to another with the same configuration. Ken and his sidekick of 15 years, Dennis, were meticulous in making sure everything went back exactly where it was before. They were on time and worked so hard to make sure I did not pay for any down time. I got tired at the end of the move and their cheerful attitude kept me going. Ken is a good, honest, hardworking man with whom you will enjoy doing business.

We recently used Bushnell Movers to move our household from SB to T.O. Ken & his team we're awesome. They showed up on time and were real pros. Ken's crew have been with him for a while (years) and it showed. They worked flawlessly together. In fact a neighbor mentioned how they just flowed and had it down and well organized. Furniture was wrapped and protected. Floors were protected with moving blankets. When the crew said they were going to leave to take 30 minute lunch beak it was exactly that. In fact they were back 5 minutes early and continued with the task at hand.

We were referred to Ken Bushnell by the apartment complex in Goleta where we were moving. We were very happy with the service. Ken was easy to work with and flexible in scheduling our move. He offered a packer could come ahead of time and this was a great idea. Dickie packed the kitchen and pantry beforehand, so moving day went much faster. Joe, Barry and Armando were our movers on move day, and everything went very smoothly. They were there on time, efficient, friendly, and completed the move with no damage or lost items. They sold us boxes at cost, and loaned us as many wardrobe boxes

Although Ken "seemed" decent at first, he turned out to be one of the most unkind and dishonest people I have ever met. There is no excuse for the kind of language I heard from him and his staff, or the amount of liberties they took on my dime or the damage they caused to my stuff (which Ken ran away from reimbursing me for). He never even said "sorry". He swore he could be trusted and it turned out to untrue. This is my experience and I would never recommend Ken Bushnell or hire him again. Ever.

These movers are awesome and I highly recommend them! The owner, Ken, is honest, friendly and professional. And unlike many of the other companies, he comes out to your house to evaluate and give an accurate, competitive bid.
On moving day, our 4 movers showed up on-time and were all so nice, helpful, and careful with our things. They were so delightful they actually made moving fun and not stressful. The house we moved out of was very challenging with stairs and a steep driveway, but they managed it all beautifully and with positive attitudes.
My parents also used Bushnell for their move

Ken and his guys are THE BEST movers I've ever used or worked with. I've moved 6x in Santa Barbara with University Movers and a couple of other companies. No one even came close to Bushnell. Ken came over to give me a free quote, was speedy in responding, and an overall great guy with a huge heart. He was honest and more than fair with pricing. He moved me up to San Jose recently and I was so impressed with how fast they worked while keeping my furniture padded and protected. I am so happy I found Bushnell movers and absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Hello I am a certified driver ,mover,packer l have been in the business for over 23 years. I have been working for Bushnell moving for 6 years now.there is a reason I am still here actually a good few reasons.ken Bushnell the owner is a very nice and fare and is always making sure that we stay on top of having nothing but the best equipment,including our trucks. I have found in my past experiences that having the right equipment saves claims,time and frustration,and embarrasment. I don't know a lot but I know moving.

When I sold a large and heavy item to a buyer in L.A., I was a bit surprised to learn that the movers would be local guys. The owner, "Ken," called me and then came by to inspect the route/stairs and see just how the move would go, prior to the big day.
I see from other reviews here that much has been written about Ken and Denny and their expertise and professionalism. All I can add to that is how pleased I was with the way everything was handled.

We seriously recommend Ken Bushnell and his men for your moving needs. They were punctual, strong, thorough, and professional. They made our move from a small three bedroom into a large condo with stairs seem like a walk in the park. We were amazed at how they took things apart, and wrapped things up, and situated us into our new place. We had fun, it was a great day!!!! If and when we move again, we will call Ken!
