They just want money. The guy wasn’t even willing to to plug in a diagnostic machine and tell me what the problem was unless I paid $170+
I said “so you’re not even willing to tell me what the problem is before I pay you?” And he literally responded “no, not at all.” What a joke of a place and person.

This place is not the auto shop you should take your vehicle to. I called to get a cost for a repair on my vehicle and these guys were demanding I bring it in even though I know the parts that need replacement. I told them that I didn’t need diagnosing and that I already had the parts needed and they said they don’t install customer provided parts. Probably because they know can upsell you on parts they buy and add it to the cost. Junk shop interested in money and not the wellness of your vehicle.

I've had 3 different times of service with Villa Marina Auto Care and they've all been fantastic! Fernando is always a pleasure to work with and the team here is eager to answer any questions/help with all my car troubles. My BMW needed a service and also had a rattling noise from the engine. The team identified it as a bad bearing in my AC unit and explained what would happen if this issue wasn't fixed. They had the car ready in less than two days, despite the unit being deep inside the engine. They also deducted the general service fee from my total because of the scope of the job. Great service

Chris was very professional from start to finish. We needed an overall maintenance check after driving from N.Y. He explained everything clearly, did not try to upsell. I found him to be very honest. This will be our go to mechanic here in California.

Amazing mechanics. Seriously. Stellar all around. Communication was over-the-top good, turn around was ~36 hours on a pretty serious issue, impressively knowledgeable mechanics and technicians. Incredible work.
Fernando spent a good bit of time educating me on the workings of the car, and not just those relevant to my problem. Everyone in this establishment took the extra time+care to ensure that I felt confident about the condition of the vehicle.
The warranty they offered on all my parts + labor really pushes the experience over the edge. Will be servicing all cars here in the future.

The staff that assess and explain what needs to be done in a way that is easily understood. Especially Joe, Fernando and Chris!! Raymond who always is helpful at the pump. He has the happiest attitude and always makes me smile! I’m sure the mechanic must be great too, as they have been caring for my car for 12 years. I tell everyone who needs auto work- Villa Marina is the place to go!! 5 Star
