Had I car looked at on small damage. I was told I would have an estimate in a couple of hours..called back 3 days later left my name and # and email again for Ethan to get back to me on the estimate. Never received a call back or email. It's now been 16 days since my first visit and I have heard nothing. Very unprofessional especially when small businesses are going through hard times now. Take your business else where to people that will appreciate it.

My 2014 Hyundai suffered a big hit when a large vehicle backed into it. The driver door would not open and the front driver-side bumper had come loose from the front grill panel. Looked terrible. After a few days at Town Line Auto, it now looks as good as new. I cannot believe that there is absolutely no sign of the prior damage. Town Line works magic!

I have had one of my vehicles repaired here in the past and just recently I brought my daily driver in simply because I thought the hood latch cable had snapped, turned out the hood latch itself just needed to be lubricated, thanks again for saving me the simple way of me trying to chop the hood up to open the hood 👍

Town Line has been nothing but amazing to my family and I. We seem to always be hitting deer or having cell phone using drivers rear end us. Larry and Kevin are who I have dealt with most directly and they go above and beyond getting everything fixed. They deal with the insurance companies and make sure we are taken care of. They also remember who we are so some kind of relationship is established and I am comfortable they will do the best of their ability to get my truck back to me in great shape.
They may be slightly slower than other places but their work is fantastic. I can't recommend them

Had a couple of rough days and showed up to my appointment 7 hours early!!! I know I know....to long to explain why. Not only were they accommodating to my absentmindedness but they didn't say anything so I didn't feel like an idiot! They even still got me in and out in the estimated time they had given me over the phone. I realized later that day my error and called to apologize. This was my first visit and it will not be my last.
