If I could give this place a ZERO STAR I WOULD. Ordered a boxed arrangement for a baby boy welcome and told the lady over the phone I wanted what was shown online. And she told me okay I can do that, but if I can’t find a blue bear can I put a different color and I said sure just put blue flowers if it’s a different color bear. She said no problem I will do that. My friend sent us a picture of the arrangement and it is NOTHING like the online photo I requested. She put all hydrangea and green. BARELY ANY ROSES. I usually order flower bouquets from them, but recently, I was especially impressed by multiple centerpieces I ordered for a banquet hall birthday. Tina listened to my requests carefully and created simple, yet beautiful pieces within my budget. I loved the elegant aesthetic of these pieces, and so did everyone else at the gathering.

A beautiful arrangement! This is the third time I've used them for flower delivery in the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. Believe me, can always depend on Laazati Flowers to create a classy ways to say "thinking about you" - for ANY occasion. They may be a little pricey but they deliver fast and I guarantee that the receiver will be bowled over!

Flowers ordered were quite different from the website picture in color and contrast. Covid was mentioned as the reasoning however there was no price adjustment. This was a premium order and it was the most expensive price tier. Everyone is impacted by covid and what we pay for a flower should closely match the picture, and if a florist is unable to, the customer should be given a chance to pick another arrangement or cancel order.

Super easy and so great. We needed to send someone flowers to help her post-op recovery and were worried no one would be open right now for safety reasons. Thank you Laazati for putting clear instructions on your website so we could send these beautiful flowers! It means so much to be able to stay a little connected through all of this. Found this florist online and I'm always a little weary trying out a new florist (especially when they don't have too many reviews on yelp yet) but Laazatti not only delivered but surpassed my expectations. The delivered flowers looked exactly the way it was advertised and were gorgeous.

I was really excited to order from this place after searching through every page on Bloomnation. I found the perfect centerpiece to send a friend who's 18 year old son unexpectedly passed in his sleep. She went to wake him up in the morning and he never woke up.
I wanted to be sure I sent something elegant & special. The centerpiece BLOOMNATION.COM SUBSTITUTED WAS UGLY, CHEAP, WRONG COLORS and YELLOW GERBERA daisies for what was to be pink, orange, lavender and white. Embarrassing!

Best florist hands down in the San Gabriel Valley if you're looking for flowers to be delivered in Burbank Pasadena or Glendale. I had flowers sent to La Cañada Flintridge and they were unbelievably beautiful. Their designs are creative and you won't get anything that looks like it came out of 1 800 flowers. You may have to pay a little extra but the flowers last and last and you will surely impress.

Excellent customer service! Tina has put together some great arrangements for me on very short notice. Extremely flexible and accommodating. Whether it's staying open late or showing up on unscheduled days/hours, Tina has gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule on numerous occasions.
She has also done several gift wraps for me! Definitely my go to spot for all special occasions and any time I'm in need of some stunning arrangements and gift wrappings.

This is a wonderful little flower shop, you will NOT be disappointed! It's hidden in an alleyway, and you won't find it unless you're looking for it.
On the day I came, Tina helped me make a seasonal fall flower basket. I told her my price range, and she set about making my arrangements. The finished product amazed me. It was simple, yet gorgeous. Probably the prettiest arrangements I've ever seen.
Their flowers alone are enough for a 5 star, but what really made this experience wonderful was the outstanding customer service and the real artistic talent that the staff possesses. Tina was so helpful

I am extremely impressed. This is the 2nd time I have used Laazati Flowers in Glendale. I sent flowers to my mom last year and again today.
I called them and placed an order for flowers for my mom for her Birthday. I placed my order at 8:30am and requested that if possible the order be delivered this morning. I was not expecting the order to be waiting for my mom when she arrived at her office at 10:00am this morning. My mom texted me when she got to work thanking me for the beautiful roses.
I will absolutely be coming back for more purchases.
