Our goal in the infant room is to provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where infants can grow and develop at their own rate. Educational/Intellectual: Cognitive growth begins with language experiences. Caregivers stimulate infant's interest in communication through continual verbal interaction and communication.
The Preschool Programs at Kids First Childcare prepares children for more formal learning by providing a series of hands-on activities. The learning environment encourages children to develop the necessary skills for success in school. Educational/Intellectual: Our teachers facilitate cognitive language development through exposure to literature, drawing and speaking in front of a group.
Kids First Childcare offers a kindergarten wrap program that is taught by a certified teacher(s) and a curriculum aligned to what is covered within the Brighton and Webster school district. Our program provides a solid foundation for the mastery of primary grade reading, writing, math, science, and art skills.
Our school age program and staff provide a caring, learning environment in which school age children are nurtured and motivated to develop their skills. They are respected as a unique group, taking into account their experiences at school and their age. Our teachers facilitate cognitive language development through exposure to literature, drawing and speaking in front of a group.

If I could rate no stars I would.
Parents, I know you love your babies, and because you do please DO NOT send them here. When a child (with recorded video evidence) is injured by a staff member who is supposed to be caring for the children it really makes you second guess the morals of the individuals running the place considering they attempted to victim blame the injured 2 year old. It makes my heart hurt and other parents need to be aware of what is allowed here. Thank goodness for the option to check in on the kids. Who knows what other injuries have happened due to staff that have no business

I cannot speak more highly of Kids First Brighton for their utmost care of our almost 3 year old daughter. As an educator in the Brighton Central School district, I value an environment that is nurturing to my child’s individual needs, encourages developmental milestones and promotes creativity and fun! EVERY staff member that our daughter has met throughout her 2 1/2 years at this facility has portrayed nothing more than a PASSION and LOVE for children! My daughter leaves daycare everyday with a smile on her face . For that am so grateful!

There was an incident at this childcare that was caught on camera and it is extremely unsettling. A staff member acted in a way that led to a toddler consistently waking up in pain when they role into their left shoulder. The fact that this member of the staff hasn’t been fired goes to show that Kids First Childcare will 100% NOT put your kids first!
