Spa Lavender was founded in 2016 by LMT, Chyanne Sohrabi. In 2018, Spa Lavender received its State of Ohio certification and recognized as being the first minority-owned day spa in the State of Ohio. I called to book an appointment and was talked to like I was incompetent when in actuality it was the girl on the other end that couldn't get her days and times right. I was told not to go here by a couple of people because of how rude they are, and that their services are terrible, but since its so close to my house I figured I would give it a shot any way! I could not even make it in the door to make that opinion for myself. I will most definitely be taking my business else where.
