Have had my cameras cleaned and maintained by RG Insights Photography as well as had great communication when I realized one of my cameras had an issue from the factory and he helped talk me through it and explained why it was probably doing that and helped me get it resolved through canon! Great experience when Bob cleaned my cameras, more than once now. He also updated firmware, cleaned lenses, and fixed a flash for me. Good work at a good price, I live over an hour away but it's worth the drive.

Bob was great. My boyfriend and I did a shoot with him and he was very personable. We got a Groupon for an hour and he gave us about a half hour more plus lots of shots!
