We've known John Howard for decades from back when he was a county commissioner. He is very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process of selling the home where we raised our kids. When we were doing the remodel, he helped guide us in potential fixes. When the grandkids were playing ghosts trying to drive him off so we/they could keep the house, he very kindly told them that people needed homes to live in. It's a 100-year old house, so it needed a bunch of crawl space work. He kept us sane through the required repairs, and in the end helped us find a contractor to do the final work

In addition, after purchasing the home, he continued to be available as I had questions and didn't hesitate to offer recommendations when asked. Mr. Howard is a great real estate agent! We spent a total of 7 months looking for our home and john was with us the whole way. It is a very emotional time when you have to sell the home you grew up in. The walls hold many memories. John made this time for us as easy as he could.
