I would like to say that my experience from Sarah Care to Caregivers of America they have been there for the most part. I personally found in times reaching out in making calls for question sometimes unavailable leaving messages. This has been but however it's trying to get better.

This company is completely unprofessional. Do not trust them with your family members and do not work for them and less you want to have the biggest headache you’ve ever had. Their employees are completely unprofessional. I worked for this company for a whole year and they still treated me and my grandmother with disrespect. They are so unprofessional even going as far as arguing to the point of yelling on the phone with me when I was just trying to get help for my grandmother. The person I’m talking about is not a low-level employee. She was a high-level HR employee. Whenever you hear that

As a patient who gets full-time care, caregivers is the most unprofessional and inadequate company I've ever experienced. They don't care about their patients. They mistreat their caregivers. I've called the Department of Labor on them and have reached out to my attorney for their poor care.

If I could give CareGivers America zero stars I would. I have yet to receive my check from two weeks ago. We are suppose to get paid every week. I thank God this isn't my only source of income. Three different people have told me it was mailed. I am leaving this company as soon as possible. I would recommend people not use this company.

This is one of the worst companies to work for. They can’t find a fill in when I am unable to work, which is once in a blue moon for me. They never answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. I’ve called 2 times requesting more time sheets within the last few weeks and have not received them. I’m so tired of the lack of communication, the lack of reliability, and overall lack of professionalism. It’s undoubtedly frustrating. I’m really considering leaving this company after 6 long years.

I have yet to get in contact with someone regarding my clients time sheets so I can start. It's been over a week. No one calls you back. Staff is very helpful but over worked. If you are planning on coming, Don't waste your time. Reviews are accurate at the jenkintown office. Another case of a big company taking over other small ones and not caring about anything but the bottom line. Stay away!!

Amazing home health care agency! Professional, high quality, and most importantly caring. Great office staff and well trained home care aides. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your family, friend, and/or patient are given the care they need to remain in their own homes and communities. A truly high level agency!

Communication is horrible. I work for them. They never answer the phone. The receptionists are rude and not helpful. Wish it would’ve remained helping hands. I do get paid on time every week. That’s the only good thing about the company
Update: This company is horrible. Paychecks are short and the front desk people are rude and serve no purpose. They’ll put you on hold and never come back to the phone. Unorganized “company”

I've been working with helping hands for 4 yrs. When they switched over to caregivers america, things went down hill. They barely answer the phones, and then no one knows anything. It's a pain in the behind. I ready to take my client to another company! They really really need to get better with their office workers, or bring in the helping hand staff to work with the home health aides and use their old office. Also it's a problem with getting copies for your pay stubs, which should be mailed out to people! The only good reviews are from the people that work in the offices. Don't fall for the fake

Im still waiting for a call back from HR since the last week of October. It doesnt make any sense to have to go to talk to someone(every Tuesday on my only day off)just for someone to tell you that they just stepped out!! I was with Helping Hands for over 5years,my client doesnt even get called back. im advising her to change to another agency that has better customer service, benefits, receptionists and compassion. I will be calling the labor board soon. I have been to this office every Tuesday for three weeks straight but im always told that HR will call me b/c they always seem to have just stepped
