I had a great experience with Blue One! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We chartered the 25 person mini bus to pick us up at Raymond James Stadium after an event, drop us off at Ybor, and pick us up again a few hours later and take us back to our hotel. Our driver, Ali, was awesome! easy to communicate with, very punctual and polite. After he dropped us off at Ybor, we realized that the venue we were entering did not allow bags. I called him and he came back right away so we could leave out things on the bus. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Randy picked us up from Downtown Tampa to go to Clearwater Beach (we were outside of a hotel about to order an Uber but he approached us saying he was available to transport us there so we thought why not). Professionally dressed, wore his mask. Honestly at the time we were leaving the hotel in downtown Tampa an Uber would have only cost us about $25 less than what we paid for Randy. This was worth every penny as we would have had to order a larger Uber anyway to fit all our luggage.

If I could give 0 I would. I should have read the reviews before hiring this company. I was referred to them by my wedding venue because supposedly Blue One has a Bus that fits 56-57 people and so I hired their services vs others because of the Bus fleet. I specifically requested this fleet to pick up my guests from hotel and take them to the wedding venue. I told them from the beginning I knew I was going to have a min of 50 for one pick up and a min of 60 for the second pick-up at night and I contracted in October for these numbers and my wedding was not until January so I did it with many months

We could not have been happier with the service Blue One Transportation provided for our guests on our wedding day. They provided transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue for our guests. We worked with Manuel to coordinate everything. The whole process was very efficient. They arrived on time for pick up and our wedding guests had a great experience with the transportation. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I recently traveled to and from the airport using Blue One Transportation. I had the privilege of driving back to the airport with the owner, Carlos Cruz, as well as stellar Blue One employee, Abdel. Mr. Cruz and his employees are a great at what they do. I don't ever leave reviews, but their professionalism and expertise in their field is causing me to leave this one. I travel a lot and Blue One has been my best transportation experience yet. I will be sure to use them when I can.

Like the previous review, if I could have given a 0 star review I would. If you are travelling with kids that require car seats, do not use this company. They do not care about the safety of your children in the least. Multiple times in my interactions with Michelle I asked regarding the car seats they had available and also the car seat models so I would be somewhat familiar if we had to install them.
