I was dreading having to look for another vehicle. I googled certain criteria and luckily I came across Texas cars direct. I was able to view their inventory online and I was even able to pretty much purchase the vehicle online. Since I work unusual hours that was a huge plus for me. Adam worked with me from the first email to my last signature and explained everything in detail . Next time I’m in need of a new vehicle this will be my first stop.

Found a car on the web I really liked, but had a few apprehensions when I saw it. Dan was very patient and cordial explaining the reasoning and offered a fair resolution, without me even confirming my interest. When he said, let's look at the numbers, it felt pressure free. Once the numbers were run it was a great deal and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes with a car I love. Never had such an easy experience and my wife is planning on going there next.

I test drove more than I can count. But Texas Cars direct had the best car at the best price. Three year old Mercedes’ 2018 c class cabriolet that looks brand new. It was cleaner and tighter than any of the others I tested - not to mention the service I got from Ami and the crew. I was blown away by the service I got and ultimately, the car I purchased. This is the place to go- they’re honest and open. Simplest car purchase I’ve ever made - thanks Ami- you’re really quite wonderful!

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. I started working with Dan Adkins about a month before purchasing. Everything was done remotely until I found the right vehicle(s) I was looking for. Dan was thorough and patient as I worked through my research and inspection of the vehicle.
The quality of the vehicles stand out as I was looking at two. Close to, if not, showroom quality. I also liked that they just pitch you the keys for a test drive and let you have 1 on 1 with the vehicle. Closing was also very quick, easy and ZERO pressure. Give TCD a shot if you are looking for a low mileage

Found car on Cargurus, and began due diligence on the suv from SC. Began with Mike and found the emails/texts spotty at best (some answers in hours/others took days), I did put a 1k deposit on it which is a great option and he worked well with me on this process. The car was in their recon shop ..FYI that can take 2-3 weeks...I was informed of this while on site, that can add real additional time to your purchase process. Purchased a 2008 Mercedes in 2009. The vehicle turned out to be a great buy with very minimum issues. What concerns me now is, the left turn signal socket needs to be replace and the part cannot be found anywhere. The Mercedes dealership is telling me it's an after market product and they don't carry it. It can be found anywhere on google. I called Texas Cars Direct and they have no idea. I find this very unusual that the part is not a Mercedes part. I have no complaint on the performance of the vehicle because I still have it and it runs like a charm, but very disappoint that the turn

I've purchased 2 cars from Texas Cars Direct within a 5 months' time span (Yes, I do love me some BMWs cars). And just let me be clear, these vehicles are late model cars 2005 and 2007 to be specific. Well, you'd think I was purchasing 2020s!!! The folks at Texas Cars Direct treated me with great professionalism and the utmost RESPECT! I want to give kudos to Ami Groves, Kyle Murphy and Dewayne Gill. I was contacted by Kyle after posting this. They did apologize regarding the issues with the car confirming that they do have superior customer service as they could have easily ignored me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have bought around 15-20 cars from various dealers in the past and they are one of the best. I have been unlucky with this particular vehicle but I do not think it was intentional on their end.

Texas Cars DIrect has poor communication and customer service. I was told over the phone that a vehicle wouldn't be ready until the end of the week. I was told to call back--no offer to take my information or anything. When I did an "availability check" via the site, I was contacted by a rep who did not return my messages. In the meanwhile, the car was sold and I had to call back to find out. At this point, I finally get an email back from the rep I had emailed/texted. This dealer may be a good place to go for luxury vehicles, but do not expect them to provide decent service when

Forget retail prices and used car salesmen, this WILL BE your new addiction! TCD is customer oriented and extremely professional. Their showroom is spotless and for $1k, you can reserve any car on their website/lot. Adam, Kyle, and DeWayne are easy to work with and willing to deal. When was the last time you purchased a car and were in/out in about 35 minutes?? This is our 4th car from TCD and we couldn't be happier! The best and most honest automotive resaler in the country! I bought a gorgeous 2005 Jaguar XK8 great price and it looked like it was brand-new off the lot from 2005! I was the second one to put a deposit down on it and the first guy didn't take it and they called me after the 1st guy did not take his option on the car, there were 29 other people behind me who wanted the car, that right there shows you their honesty. I worked with Dewayne Gill and he was great to work with, amazing Honest company!
