Terra Lynne Lane began her career in styling at the young age of 16 and prides herself as an expert in all facets of hair. The Palm Springs Valley native formally trained through the AVEDA Institute apprentice program where she learned that hair is more than coloring, cutting, and styling.
For Terra, hair is about creating a unique look for each individual from start to finish and that customizing a color and cut makes each client stand out in a crowd.Terra's passion for hair art was enhanced throughout her childhood when she was a stage performer and in the beauty pageant world. It was during those formative years that she learned the transformational qualities the right hair designer could give anyone.

Services
All shaves use the art of shaving products. A traditional shave begins with a hot towel. A layer of pre-shave oil and lather with hot shaving cream is applied. Then a shavette with disposable blade to shave is used first with the grain, then the face is re-lathered and shaved against the grain for closeness.

I love this salon! Roberto is one of the absolute best hair stylists in the country! He is an expert colorist and stylist with a long list of professional accomplishments. I can’t recommend him more strongly!! I’ve relied on very high end salons most my life, Beverly Hills included, but Roberto tops them all. What a true talent and sweet guy!! While I’m at it I also highly recommend Ana for nails. You will absolutely love any services you select at Tera Lane Salon in Palm Desert. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to shop and dine on El Paseo to show off your hairdo!!! 😊❣️

I'm always nomadic when it comes to hair salons because I haven't had any experiences anywhere that made getting a haircut a priority in my life. The only hair salon I've been to more than Terra Lane is the one my mom used to take me to as a kid, which was because I was a kid and my mom took me there! Having established that, it's fair to say this place has earned my continuous business. Lisa is my stylist and she is super cool! She has had formal training, is attentive to details, and is really easy-going, which makes the time go by fast! My understanding is that she is a color/balayage expert
