Stay away. They are a bunch of older folk who clearly do not care about much except the paycheck. They came into my unit, sprayed in a couple of corners and called it good when the building was infested. The insects obviously never went away after multiple visits over 5 months. They do the bare minimum and get a REALLY bad attitude when you bring it to their attention that you hired your personal exterminator. People like this do not deserve you as a customer.

I live in an apartment and mentioned a cockroach issue. The apartment management scheduled an inspection/spraying through Brooks Exterminating. I thought the representative (I believe his name was Dave) was punctual, very professional, quite patient with all of my questions. Dave even called me before he got to my apartment as a heads up, which I thought was a nice touch.
