Our modern facility has all the amenities to keep you comfortable, including memory foam chairs and plasma TV's in each operatory suite, and warm hand towels for after your visit.
My name is William Blaine Rudisill, DMD. I am a native of Gastonia and I have been practicing in the Belmont-Gastonia area since 1999. I try to focus on comprehensive, quality care for my patients, and I don't forget the privilege it is to be such an integral part of their health. I have a wonderful staff, who share the same philosophies as I, which are service, character and dedication to our common goal here, which is about you.
Complete Dental health includes a set of teeth that have no cavities or fractures, no bleeding of the gums, have a "protected" bite and unstressed jaw joint, and stay in the same place indefinitely. IT is rare to have all of these at the same time, and each of them is as destructive as the other. As we age (regardless of age) our bodies are in a constant state of change.
Most of us have some form of bite disease and don't realize it. Mainly, it it is caused by teeth crowding as we age, yet other factors such as clenching and cracked teeth/filings are responsible as well. IT IS AS DESTRUCTIVE, IF NOT MORE, THAN CAVITIES AND GUM DISEASE COMBINED! Likewise, it doesn't hurt, but is slow and constant, taking your precious enamel away, making teeth short, dark and brittle, and leads to TMJ.
While these can be destructive independently, they usually work in tandem to do irreversible harm to your teeth, mouth and jaw. Preventative Care is what we do to help prevent this from happening. Dr Rudisill and, his staff are beyond kind and, patient. I came to this practice in need of some help with a very painful issue. During the consult, he noticed a problem that caused him some concern. He wanted me to see my PCP before proceeding with the procedure. As a result of that decision, it was discovered that I have several issues that are… detrimental to my health. Awesome Dentist and staff...they're all fabulous ppl and professionals. I used to be EXTREMELY TERRIFIED OF ANY DENTIST & he/the staff (Cora) were wonderful. I was first sedated and I was still nervous but when I went back for a few CAVITIES to be filled...I done just fine. FYI: he finds CAVITIES that you had zero clue about because he finds them in time before they have a chance to get bad. I had literally just been to another dentist in New York in June and was told I had no CAVITIES but 6 mths later...I have them. He shows you with a camera that way you know that they are there. I trust

I would not recommend this dentist if you have any discomfort or fear in the dental chair. Do yourself and this office a favor and go elsewhere.
I have very good teeth, thus have not had to have my head drilled off with fillings. This dentist convinced me that I should get some "Dentites" (small cavities) filled. At the time of my visit June 2002, the dentist advised me to get one tooth filled at a time-he wanted to fill 6 teeth. Two of the teeth were my lower wisdom teeth.
I had two teeth filled with a white filling and was able to have the procedure performed with a local shot
