I had an appointment to check out a vehicle they recently had taken into trade. The salesperson told me upfront I couldn't test drive it yet but he could still show it and I'd be able to start it up , sit in it, etc.(something about a safety inspection that needed to be done first). That's fine by me so I decide to take the trip to Findlay Kia to check it out. I live in Boulder City so it's quite the drive for me. I arrive at Findlay Kia and everyone was extremely friendly. My salesperson, Jeremy, was upfront, honest, polite and professional. In fact, everyone at Findlay Kia in Las Vegas on Sahara was great! I especially appreciated this during this unusual car market. We purchased a Kia Rio last January 22, 2022 and our Salesman: Justin,I would say he handled us very well, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle that we choose and he was kind and knew just what we wanted based on our interest. I asked a lot of technical issues and he was able to answer all with flying colors. And he said all the issues will be taken care by KIA Dealership.

I showed up to the dealership and spoke with Bill Waugh, told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He did not try to up sell me. Also had an great experience with Scott Bier in the finance department. This was by far the best car buying experience (15 vehicles) I have had. Everyone kept their word.

I normally liked going here because they took care of my car, K900. Sometime during the pandemic this philosophy changed. A few things irked me on this visit:
1 - I let the folks know when I arrived that I had the oil for the change in the backseat. I have only used synthetic oil since I got the car, this was overlooked and they put Dino oil I . I am sure not a huge issue, but I wanted my oil.
2- I need a replacement part that I was quoted $200 + labor, however I later went online to their website and I can order the exact same part for $150 from Findlay Kia. Why the extra $50??? A bit shadyâ€

I have to say that buying a car from Findlay Kia was one of the most postive experiences I have ever had buying a car. I was greeted at the door, treated like a VIP through the whole process. Justin was amazing, super friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient and not to mention, I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! Justin made sure I had everything I wanted and at the price, percentage and down payment that worked best for me. I Highly recommend Findlay Kia to anyone looking to buy a car. My 2013 Kia Optima needed some fixing. Jose was the Service guy to help me with my Kia issues. Jose the Service dude, he was fast & honest. He Said "we won't do anything unless you authorize it." He called me in the morning once my AC was inspected and told me the major problems with my AC:broken compressor with some broken ribs and belt. Having a broken AC in Las Vegas is urgent. So I gave him the green light and he had it fixed that afternoon. All five recalls had been addressed, new oil change, and my AC was like brand spanking new. I drove out of there with my AC blowing

We had a want, not a need, for a 2021 Kia Sorento Hybrid, in red. Prior to going to Findlay, we had visited two other dealerships in the area, test drove vehicles that almost met our criteria. The cars were not Hybrids, but we were willing to negotiate if they made us an offer we couldn't refuse. They tried to sell us a smaller Kia But we weren't comfortable with how and what they were negotiating, so we left.
