I started renting part of a house from Consensus a few months ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The property manager is friendly, responsive, and professional. Intuitive and accessible AppFolio app for paying rent. Quick maintenance - they even gave me new ceiling fans without me asking. All-around nice people. I also absolutely love my place.

This is by far the BEST rental company in Lynchburg. Absolutely fantastic. They were such a help when I was applying and even better when I unexpectedly needed to move out. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the apartment. Stunning and exactly what I was looking for! Elisa and Stephanie were especially phenomenal. Very quick response time and very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend renting with Consensus!

My wife and I have been renting from Consensus for the past three years. We have had the BEST experience. Stephanie Cox and the staff at Consensus are accommodating, quick to respond, keep their tenants up to date, and give plenty of alert for maintenance checks, etc. The apartments are fairly priced and a wonderful place to call "home".
