Trinity Healthcare Services was founded in 2006 and has grown to be a place of wellness for those who need it. We offer nursing care facilities situated with views of the mountainous landscape of West Virginia. Our two locations, in Logan and Mingo Counties, provide numerous long-term and short-term opportunities for patients and their families who seek quality nursing and therapeutic care.
Trinity Healthcare Services offers dedicated care for patients living with dementia or an Alzheimer's diagnosis. All staff receive the 30-hour OHFLAC training, from the West Virginia chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The field of bariatrics covers the realm of diet, exercise, and behavior therapy that relate directly to maintaining a healthy weight and physicality. Beyond the targeted goals of speech, physical, and occupational therapies, these bariatric services provide residents with weight management and activities designed to improve quality of life.
Trinity Healthcare Services offers speech, physical, and occupational therapy for residents who need to restore or enhance physical and life skills. Our care and therapies are especially important to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia diagnoses as they age. Receive care from qualified therapists prescribed to meet the individual needs of each resident.

I just want to thank the employees and nurses at Trinity. My Mother-in-law was a patient there for about 6 weeks. Unfortunately she passed away but the care and compassion of the nurses and staff was amazing. Special thanks to Josie and the others who took such wonderful care of her and us as we knew her time was getting short.

My mother has been a resident at Trinity for nearly five years. After much consideration we chose Trinity for her care because of caring success stories of trusted friends. After working with staff and management I realize this was definitely the right decision for her care. They give her the extra special attention and compassionate care required for her daily needs. I have always been included with any and all treatment plans or concerns.
