I rode from Portland to Sisters. It was snowy, and one of the busiest travel days of the year, Christmas Eve Eve. Although the shuttle left Portland an hour late, because of the ice and snow, we drove an alternate route to avoid the traffic. We went over a somewhat smaller mountain with less snowfall.
We drove steadily with an experienced driver, and switched into an SUV at one point.
Made it over the mountain and through the snow safely.

My elderly father took the shuttle today from Bend to Salem. The pass had a lot of snow, so to ease my dad's concerns we called before booking a ticket. They assured us they had good equipment and drivers. Just got a call from my Dad from Salem, and he had nothing but good things to say about the driver. The road conditions were really bad but he said the driver was excellent and was very good at helping the older riders in and out and such. Glad to have this option for future needs. Please send extra kudos to his driver today!

I just finished a week long bicycle trip that required transportation around Bend, Sisters and a drive up to Crater Lake. When we hired Shuttle Oregon, I was expecting a professional driver. We got that... but we also made a new friend. Brian was amazing. He knew all of the good local favorites for dining. He was almost unreasonably accommodating to our every need and desire. His vehicles were comfortable and easily able to handle our bikes and other equipment. He was always precisely on-time and ready to go when we were. We recently used shuttle oregon for a golf trip while in the bend area and had a great experience. Brian and the team were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We had a group of 10 that was easily accommodated making several stops through the day between Redmond and Bend. I would highly recommend them for any transportation in the Bend area and we will definitely be using them again the next time we're in the area.

Best shuttle service!!!! Highly recommended. A group of almost 20 of us wanted to float the Deschutes River and Brian helped us plan the float route, put a cooler with ice in the van, and pumps to blow up all of our floaties. He worked it out so well for us and was super helpful in setting it up so we wouldn't have to worry about who is going to DD or whose vehicles we have to leave where and so on. Sharon, our driver, was also so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. She was available for us the whole day and even at one point when we had some issues and needed her for an extra

Not a fan of the impatient driver, on 22 between Bend and Salem, passing at the tail end of the dotted since the driver didn't like doing the posted 40mph between Detroit and Gates and instead wanted to go 55mph.
As a professional driver, should have known better...

Shuttle Oregon did a fantastic job handling the transportation for my wedding reception. They were very communicative during the planning process and allowed for flexibility on the big day. This shuttle service is 11/10! It's a smaller business, and each interaction is personable and helpful! Brian is so polite, and always trying his best to make the Shuttle Oregon experience amazing. Which it is! Water and snacks were provided, with a pit stop halfway. The prices are amazing for what you get! And it goes to BEND! Not many bus services in OR do. Brian & Shuttle Oregon have made my trip a million times easier, more affordable, faster, and enjoyable! On time (early), to the point, safe and convenient. I would reccommend this service to anyone.

What a wonderful experience traveling from Bend to Portland yesterday! Will is a complete delight, pleasant, interesting, helpful, accommodating. Will offered us a snack and a drink. He was attentive to the air conditioning level, which was perfect. And the passengers were also interesting and engaged with each other randomly throughout the trip. We had a short rest area break and arrived on time. I would highly recommend this company as an enjoyable way to travel between Bend and Portland! Thank you, Will!

Mt. Hood Teleporter is a wonderful business! My son has to make frequent trips each month over to the valley to visit family. I asked the Teleporter crew if they would do charter trips to pick up my son and drop him off at home and they do! Will always gets my son picked up and dropped off on time and SAFELY. The staff is wonderful to work with. Add in heated seats, on-board wi-fi, and snacks too, these guys beat the pants off their competition. There is no equal.
