Riverside Hair by Janice offers a lot of different hair salon services. My specialty is the brazilian blowout/keratin treatment. This aims to smooth out your unruly curls and waves while also reducing the frizz. A brazilian blowout treatment does not guarantee completely straight hair, but when performed correctly, it can reduce 50% to 75% of the curl pattern and frizz, depending on the original texture of your hair.

Janice is the BEST because she is not only good a doing hair, she is so good that her hair changes lives for the better. I get stopped on the street, stores, and at work by people complementing my hair.
This was my first time using her service and despite the fact that I was going to be rescheduled she took me in. She does a fantastic job at straightening the hair, but she is also great at helping you realize how important it is to protect your hair. She also trimmed my ends so I looked the best. Janice is unique in that she trully cares about her clients.

Janice is a highly skilled and talented hair stylist. I am so lucky to have found her. I wanted an a-line short bob done with my ultra fine straight hair. She’s got skills. Not every stylist can pull it off for me. She knew what worked best for my hair to flow right and to shape my face with awesome long shaggy bangs. Give her a call and set up an appointment. Janice was great. It was my first Brazilian blowout. She explains everything including the rules. She’s so great about answering any questions even days and weeks after the treatment. She responds so quickly too so don’t ever feel you can’t send her a text. She assisted with the questions I had regarding putting dye in my hair and even made recommendations on everything that was so super helpful. Absolutely no store bought hair dye. She will recommend some really great shampoo and conditioners as well. It’s the best condition my hair has been in since forever it seems.
