I lived here for 9 months and the building hasn't been cleaned since. It smelled gross and the walls were stained with food without ever being cleaned. The laundry room almost always had an overflowing garbage and the machines don't properly wash the clothing. I have to pre wash under garments and any stained items. The rooms were average sized and the apartments were well kept, but poorly designed as I constantly experienced noise complaints from my neighbors. VERY thin walls! This is a place you live as a plan b for off campus if you can't find a suitable place to stay! The photos on the website

Landlords are super friendly and willing to help! During the snow storm last week they helped me dig out my car. When maintenance requests are filed they are quick to respond and do so in a professional and friendly manner. One of the best perks is the free laundry! Communication is a breeze here and I look forward to recommending Park Place to my friends.

Landlords are incredibly willing to help with any problem that comes our way, and are prompt with responding to inquiries, issues, etc., and have been more than accommodating in the past three years that I have lived at Park Place. I highly recommend the property as a safe place to live, is close to campus, and quiet. 10/10

Extremely disappointed in the lack of courtesy the landlords are giving to the residents. The parking spaces in the parking lot have still not been plowed since Friday's snow storm and today is Tuesday. This is unacceptable for the amount of money that is paid to live there with snow removal being part of the rental agreement. And this is not the first time this has happened this school year. Damage is being caused to vehicles and residents are inconvenienced when going to and coming from school and work. I was unable to get through in the phone as I was met with a recording that said something

Park Place looks like a nice find at first. Then you realize the management are money hungry landlords. The office is almost never manned during hours posted. You will be charged extra for almost anything. And don't expect to get your deposit back unless your going to live there again. Charged us 600+ for "paint pulls" in the apartment. They didn't even paint anything. Find a better place to live, can find much better housing in fredonia for less.
