After holding for some time to speak to a live person, I was asked to hold then was disconnected. Called back a second time, I asked if they can hold so I can double check on the information I was provided, they disconnected the call again. This is terrible customer service. It can't be an accident, when you don't call back considering you have all the information on file. Poor service.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Their staff is disrespectful beyond belief. I called to get my prescription filled. I've had some issues with my insurance in the last few months stating that it is inactive when really it is active. I had tried to resolve this multiple times on my own but the insurance company didn't know how to fix it in their system when. In the past I've had to have doctors/pharmacies call or conference them into the call with insurance to confirm that it is in fact active. This pharmacy REFUSES to call insurance to get to the bottom of an issue. They are opposed

Outstanding Service and amazing prices
I originally ordered my foam prescription thru Walgreens and the price of this foam was over $200 dollars. I did not place the order and I found Amar thru my dermatologist and had the prescription sent there...$40 bucks and they delivered in 2 days. It was well worth the wait! Thanks AMAR.

I just got off the phone with this pharmacy....after texting for four days trying to find out the name of the drug that they were trying to have me order for my son...I finally called and had a very rude person who wouldn't answer my question...so interested in just getting my insurance info etc. wouldn't give me the name of the drug. If you need to follow hippa....then you should have stated that.....if you would have asked to speak to my 21 yr old son instead of ignoring the original question of what the drug was I would have gladly obliged. Received a sample from the dermatologist that worked awesome on my psoriasis only to find out Walgreens, CVS, AND Costco couldn’t order it and had no record of it existing. Went back to Dr and they called it into AMAR and they not only had it, they offered up a coupon and shipped it to my house. Highly recommend 👍

My dermatologist recommend this pharmacy to me. They have very fast shipping, but I would not reccomend this Pharmacy. I had a prescription filled for oil a in September. When I received the oil the contents had spilled during shipping. The company directed me to file a claim with the manufacturing company to have the product re-shipped. I filled the claim and the manufacture had me send the product back and told me I should hear back at the longest one month. I have made several phones calls and they told me they would give me a call back. I have it heard nothing. It is now January,! They are

Had them send me an empty box in order to fill a prescription. Called them and they wouldn’t send a box that actually had the bottle with medicine in it, instead referring me to the manufacturer, who of course gave me the run around. Don’t use this place. Or do use this place if you want to have your insurance pay them to send you boxes full of air, which I am thinking is a pretty good racket.

End of day Friday, and I've realized I dropped the ball on my refills. I call the pharmacy to try and get some last-minute help. Viral, the pharmacist and owner, found out I needed medication before a flight next week, and offered to take it to FedEx himself (instead of waiting for their next daily pick-up) so I could get it in time.
If this is how far he'll go for a random, out-of-town, first-time customer (especially one who is very much at fault for their situation), you can be sure he will take excellent care of you.

It was my first time using Amar Pharmacy Home Delivery services I can honestly say best customer service, I was helped by a rep named America, she went above and beyond to help me. My insurance was not verifying my eligibility but America took the extra step to call my insurance and followed up with me afterwards, answered all my questions and concerns, I really appreciated that. Great customer service!
