Connie is a true professional who truly loves what she does and cares about people! I was feeling so self conscious about my skin and have gotten incredible results in just two facials. Plus, no pressure to upgrade services or buy lots of products. What was very helpful to me was that she talked me through my skin care regimen and simple changes that I could make (& get the most out of products and my time) and then texted it to me so I could actually remember it! I love Samaeo Spa and Connie is great. She is very knowledgeable and always does a thorough job. We have great conversations and I love seeing her for my skin needs! Samaeo Skin Spa is my go-to place for all things skin and face tune-up! This was my first visit with Connie at Samaeo... she was referred to me by a good friend and colleague who has the best eyes. When I asked her for her secret she said, "you have to go see Connie at Samaeo!" While I've had a number of spa facials in the past, a clinic like this focuses on very specific things you'd like to see with your skin. I hate giving bad reviews, but went here recently using a microderm groupon. Honestly I felt rushed and the treatment not worth the money, just glad I didn't pay any more. Took less than 20 minutes, no noticeable results and not sure they really know about skin compared to other places I have been. Nice lady but total waste of money.

Connie was wonderful! I've had microneedle treatments in the past but Connie truly took her time to ensure I was comfortable and understood her process. She took ample time to allow me to numb which made a huge difference. I'm excited to see the results following my microneedle series + microderm treatment. To be updated at a later date!

I love coming to Connie and to Sameao! I found this place about 3 years ago when I bought a groupon and have been a loyal customer ever since. I go about 4 times a year and usually get a peel, hydro wand and eye treatment. I noticed some other review feeling 'sold'... well Connie cares about my skin and if she has a product to recommend, she will, but she will never push. I've since started using sanitas for my skin and eyes and can feel and see the difference. I get compliments from my friends on my skin so I will always trust Connie. PLUS, she has great deals every month

Skip it! Well...unless you have a groupon/living social voucher. In that case, you kind of "have to go," but it's sure to be a waste of your time. Get ready to be treated like you're "the lowest paying customer." Your service (which consists of several services) will be complete in less than 30 minutes. During that time you'll be offered add-on/up-sell options at least every 5 minutes. It won't be relaxing because you're being sold to the whole time so there's lots of decisions to make. I came here after purchasing a living social coupon. It's a mother daughter owned business and my services were performed by the mother. She had all kinds of gadgetss for and information about my skin. I added a couple of services on top of my coupon but never felt I was being "sold" anything. This might be the first living social spa service coupon I've ever redeemed where I didn't feel guilty for having a deal. I will be back.

I got 2 facials and peels here, with a Groupon. Both were with Connie. It wasn't the friendliest or most spa-like atmosphere. Before we even got started she told me that I needed to change my diet (take out dairy and cheese for sure). But what really ticked me off is after my first appointment, when I went to schedule the 2nd appointment, she pointed out that the Groupon didn't include tip, and that I need to tip on the original amount.
Someone needs to explain to Connie that tips are not required, but optional, especially when the person who gave you the service is the owner.

A beautiful and beautifying experience. Connie Sanphy, the owner, knows her stuff and will work magic on your skin. Her microdermabrasion combined with a no down-time peel will render near-miraculous results. At least, it does for my middle-aged skin, and I have rosacea, too. I leave totally relaxed and glowing. Her monthly injectables clinic in cooperation with an M.D. is also a great way to get rejuvenated for a good price. Highly recommended!
