EAGLES is a complete small business solution specializing in support to the clients program management office (PMO) in every phase of the program life cycle through systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA), advisory & assistance services (A&AS), and Independent Verification and Verification (IV&V) support services. Additionally, EAGLES provides access to a network of subject matter experts that bring industry best practices to bear on any programmatic or operational problem or need, anywhere in the world.

Over the last few years Kenneth "Ken" Gambles, a retired Army Acquisition Corp Officer, has steadfastly worked to set up EAGLES infrastructure. Ken brings more than 25 years of military, business management, leadership and training experience to EAGLES. Ken believes that strong work ethics, a good reputation and strategic connections are imperative to consistently yielding comprehensive and quality solutions to EAGLES clients.
Our mission is to provide executive support and leverage technology to provide to our government clients with reasonable rates while partnering with them to ensure their success in achieving their goals and carrying out their organizational missions. EAGLES accomplishes this mission by decomposing client needs and, time permitting, restating the requirement and obtaining each client's approval.
Kenneth L. Gambles formed EAGLES in 2010. Serving as President and CEO, Ken has a Masters of Management with an emphasis in Acquisition & Contracting. He is a retired Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Officer with over 25 years of service in a variety of government an industry acquisition roles including staff and operations positions.
EAGLES offers the FAC-C-DS certification training via its immersive, experiential six-month DITAP program. Participants completing the DITAP program will be trained, educated and coached to increase their proficiency and confidence to acquire digital services and be better stewards of agency resources.
EAGLES began in 2010 with a dreamer who saw the importance of training throughout his military career. Ken Gambles is a retired LTC and Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Officer. He spent six years as an Army Ranger, seven years as an Armor Officer and his last nine in the Army Acquisition Corps (AAC). He is zealous about supporting the warfighters and ensuring that the workforce is adequately trained for the positions they encumber.
