So yesterday morning 1/18/22 I called to see if they were doing Covid testing and the lady I spoke to said yes they were till noon. Well I showed up about 845am and around 1015 a woman walked up to me and asked if I was there for Covid testing, i advised her my son needed to be tested as he’s been showing Covid symptoms. She then states that they were NOT doing testing and that I would have to return the following day. I said ma’am We’ve been waiting in line for over an hour now and when I called earlier I was advised that you guys were in fact doing Covid testing, she again said no not today

Just spent an hour in line to get a Covid test done, only to be told that I had to pay $75. According to their website, they will bill the insurance whether you do the drive-up or get an appointment. The nurse told me that the only time they bill insurance is if I make an appointment and actually see the doctor. I am super disappointed as i have been exposed to someone that is positive and I have an immunocompromised wife at home. The earliest I can get an appointment is almost a week away. Call and ask questions before going here.

UPDATE: The office manager came out to speak with us & explain the challenges the clinic is facing with COVID testing. Thank you very much for taking the extra time! Revised the star count.
Despite posted hours stating they open at 8 AM, drive-through COVID testing doesn't begin until 9 AM. Would have been nice to know that so the 5 cars sitting out here wouldn't have wasted an hour!

I recently made a return visit for a non-emergency issue. I appreciated the stringent social distancing regs and how the staff maintained professionalism in these current times. After the paperwork, I was seen in a timely manner and on my way about a half hour less than I expected. Tip: arrive early!

Needed a DOT physical, made an appointment online for the following morning. Was promptly seen at appointment time and was given my physical. Great facility with a great staff. They didn't waste any of my time and from what I saw, they were very prompt and professional with everyone else also. Kudos and thanks.

I love that I can go in and see a doctor when mine is not available when I have an emergency. Yes there is a wait but not as long as the wait at the hospital. I take my kids there. Been see for broken collar bone, ear infections, sports physicals ,broken toe and fevers. They seem to have equipment to treat lots of unexpected needed care. Sometimes you run into problems but all I had to do was call my insurance and it was fixed. I rather go here and wait 1 to 3 hours then go to the hospital and wait 5 to 12 hours. The doctor here actually listens and is not in a hurry to get you in and out. You

I am really impressed with this clinic. The staff are all super friendly, and the facility is clean and well organized. They are fairly priced if you are like me and have no insurance. I would definitely return and absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone. This is what the medical industry is supposed to be like.

I went here for a workman's comp case and always felt like the office staff didn't know what was going on. I had appointment times be changed without my notice, would have to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment, was left in exam rooms for over an hour after the doctor left waiting on a prescription, and often had to leave numerous messages to get paperwork I needed from a staff member. The lobby is very pretty, but it needs to be as you will be sitting in it for a long time.

This was my second visit here for an annual physical required by my employer. They could not locate any prior paperwork for me or my file from my initial visit. Had to fill out 30 minutes worth of paperwork. When I came in, there was one other individual waiting in the lobby. By the time I was finished with the pages of paperwork ten other people were then waiting in the lobby, to which I was placed on the list after all of them to be seen by the physician.
While waiting my turn I was called back to the receptionist to "completely" fill out a whole page of questionnaires. I then had

I stopped in to see about getting a physical in order to fill out some paperwork. I was told that they could, but when I went in I was treated like I was an imbecile!!! The office worker that came out front to "talk" to me instead not only yelled at me like a child, but chastised me for even bothering her. She was actually so loud that some other patience in the office were looking at me like they could not believe what was going on. I will NEVER step foot in here again, nor will anyone I personally know!! DO NOT BOTHER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TOO!!

The wait was just average, and customer service was generally above average! It seems like they accept a lot of walk-in's for work-related physicals.
One of Dr. Smith's main assistants needs to take some basic classes in Communications and Medical Ethics (told me something that was totally uncalled for), but Dr. Smith was a true professional!
