The best quality of florals in Fresno. Lou Gentile's Flower Basket took care of my family when my father passed away in 2021 and the roses we got for the funeral services were the prettiest we had ever seen. Beautiful long stem red and white! The team is extremely compassionate as well. My family will always order from them for special occasions now. I called this afternoon from Arizona trying to order flowers for someone that passed away in Fresno, the woman that answered was the rudest customer service person I have ever came across she wouldn't even let me ask a question until she had my name, address and card # politely I asked can I order an see if you can deliver first, NO was her answer owner's of businesses should not let twits answer phone they lost business today

My family ordered three large bouquets for my father's Celebration of Life Service. One adorned the urn box, the other two stood on side pillar tables. I was VERY, VERY impressed when they arrived at the facility. Very large, full, beautiful and meticulously put together. Truly works of art. And their prices were very competitive. I have to tip my hat to Gentiles. Very impressive! Yes, I highly recommend them and they forever have my repeat business.

Our family has known the Gentile family for 50+ years. Lou was a great guy and always a smile on his face. I came in as a walk-in and everyone was friendly, assisted me right away and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. I got 2 bouquets in vases and a potted plant in a basket. I told them who the flowers were for and chose my price point and they put something together for me that was absolutely beautiful and customized to fit my needs. Both recipients were over the moon when they saw them. I highly recommend this company.

Lou Gentiles was super helpful and compassionate in getting a beautiful arrangement made for my Aunt's funeral. I came to Fresno to satay with family as her funeral was in Lemoore. With only one day's notice, they worked with me to find out what I wanted and found a florist in Lemoore and made sure they had a beautiful arrangement at the church the very next morning. Amazingly fast service and so compassionate!

This is a FANTASTIC Floral shop! They have unique gifts as well as Gorgeous arrangements. I went in and unfortunately at the time funds were limited. I requested to have an arrangement made within my price range. They gladly accommodated my request with some beautiful results. This shop is locally owned and they care about their customers. I highly recommend this floral shop for everything from every day to weddings and other events. You won't be disappointed!

Despite being called "The Flower Basket" I noticed very few bouquets available(1-2 only). A more accurate name would be "Lots and lots of potted plants". Nothing wrong with that, I just find it odd how many florists in this town seem to offer almost no bouquets. Sticking to my old faithful Trader Joe's.

Absolutely wonderful. It was a last minute order for a funeral. The lady I spoke to was so nice. Totally understanding. I had no idea what I was doing.
She walked me through options and took into consideration the price point. They delivered on time and the spread was absolutely beautiful. I will always be grateful for their quality of service and the product they delivered. They gained a life long customer.

Called yesterday to order an arrangement. Boom. Delivered today as promised. The card was beautifully typed exactly as I'd told her over phone. Judy -- daughter of Lou Gentile--was very helpful, offering a different container than I'd chosen. Good thing! Container would've been totally not suited for the purpose of the bouquet, and I hadn't caught that detail when I chose the bouquet on the website.

I ordered sympathy flowers from Lou Gentile's two days before Valentine's Day. I didn't want traditional funeral style flowers and I didn't see what I was looking for on their website, so I called and told Roy what I wanted over the phone. The arrangement turned out amazing. Beautiful and sophisticated. It was exactly what I was looking for. My boss loved it. Timing of the delivery was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Called at about 9am on a weekday and spoke to a very nice lady, Judy. I told her how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted, however it needed to be made and delivered within 3 hours because I waited until the last minute. Let me start off by saying where I work, I see many, many flower shops come through with many different arrangements. With that said, I'm always blown away with what I see from Lou Gentile's Flower Basket. This led me to purchase from them for my wife's birthday, and the cost was reasonable for the amazing arrangement I received. I spoke with a lady over the phone and entrusted her best judgment in putting together my order and I was not at all disappointed. Superb quality!

My Fresno "Go To" florist!
I live in Oregon and am HORRIBLE about getting birthday cards into the mail on time! It takes like 3-4 days to get a darn card to Fresno from Portland! And if there's a weekend in between I'm screwed!
So, I've become incredibly dependent on these peeps! I can call them the day before, sometimes the day of and they'll get an arrangement to my family member! It's way too convenient for me! I've had them deliver all over the Fresno metro area!
I've probably used them about 8 times in the last 3years! It's always a stunning
