Absolutely impressed! Michael and Patty responded quickly with our request for an inspection for our home. They arrived to my home on the day of inspection right on time-very prompt. Both are extremely friendly, thorough and take their time to do the job right. When I had questions, they both took the time to explain. They both explained the job as well. I am very happy with their work, their attitude and their honesty. I recommend this company!

They worked great and so quick (next day quick) to get a structural and basic inspection of a mobile home. They spent 4 hours combing through the home. It was GREAT! They walked through everything with us, and any questions we had they readdressed everything. I couldn't find a complaint if I tried!!! We got our report next day too.

My wife and I are purchasing a new home and hired A Ok Simplex Inspections to inspect this past weekend. We were glad to hear that they preferred us to be present so they could discuss with us in person any deficiencies that arose during the inspection. The inspector was knowledgeable and took great care throughout the job. We received the report less than 1 business day later and it was very thorough and professionally done.
