Graciously Creative was borne out of a the desire to fill a need in our community. We hope to empower individuals through learning and creativity. We hope to center all of our services around an individuals' creative interests while ensuring we meet all of their home and community based needs. We develop a personalized plan for each individual that will make sure to give opportunities for growth, fun, and creative exploration.

Graciously Creative Care's mission is to foster a unique and creative learning environment for independence, while promoting a fun, caring, and respectful culture for our clients, employees, volunteers, and communities we serve. To CREATE an exciting environment that passionately and effectively meets the goals of our clients, community, and staff.
This service advances the individual's independence within his or her home and community and helps the individual meet daily living needs. Self-advocacy training to assist in the expression of personal preferences, asserting individual rights, etc., self-direction to initiate decision making over life choices and respond to life events, and support in accessing community activities and participation.
