We are open Monday- Sunday, 6am-7pm. We may be reached at (520)275-9893 or (520)312-1195, if you are unable to reach us at either line please leave us a brief message with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. No, estimates are not required but they are highly recommended if you have a larger home, are making a long distance move or are wanting a more accurate ballpark figure or guaranteed price on your move.

Jared, Mike and Fernando were absolutely professional, neat and efficient. They were extremely careful with my furniture. They were able to disassemble two extra large bookcases and reassemble them in minutes upon arrival. Yvette in the main office was extremely helpful and always cheerful and pleasant. She got back to me immediately when I called, got me a quote which was accurate, and scheduled me quickly. I will use them again in a hearbeat!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Several broken items were reported to Robert to get fixed. Robert’s son responded within 48 hrs to assess the damage. However, It’s been two months without a response from Robert and the items are still broken (not repaired or replaced) … very frustrated

The move was ok. Considering I've moved a few times over the last 10 years, I felt it took longer than it should for a small 2 bedroom move. A couple of dings on furniture, but that's to be expected. They also did not inform prior of the 3% credit card fee charge. If they had I would have just pulled out cash beforehand. But overall no major hiccups and the move went as smoothly as could be considered.

I recently moved locally and contracted AAA Soto's Moving to handle the heavy and oversize items. The move was perfect. Jared, Rory and Michael were excellent, arrived on-time, worked diligently and efficiently and took excellent care. No damage whatsoever was incurred to our furniture or home. I would definitely recommend this business and would use them again.

I was recommended to AAA Soto's from my previous Property Management. I started with a consultation with Robert, the owner of the company. He came to look around my place (wearing a mask) to later give me a fair estimate. He had a cool, down-to-earth energy that I resonated with. I decided to book with them instead of another moving company. They told me I didn't have to remove my clothing from my dressers and also came another day to provide wardrobe boxes for my closet!

This is a family run company with HUGE commitment to customer satisfaction and pride in a job well done.
Case in point: we had a few speed bumps with our move from Tucson to Phoenix. The founder of the company contacted us *immediately* upon learning of them and insisted on driving up to Phoenix on a Saturday morning to rectify them personally. That is a rarity nowadays.
I'll call Triple A Soto in heartbeat when the need arises.

We needed contents of a small house transported from Tucson to Prescott and got way more than we expected from a mover. Robert & Lorenzo did the pick-up and actually wrapped the furniture in paper or plastic. Jack & Sergio drove it to Prescott the next day and cheerfully unloaded the truck in the rain (which made us especially grateful that everything was wrapped). Everyone was totally professional and incredibly efficient. The Soto team obviously takes great pride in their work and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We've had six moves in 10 years, and of all the moving companies we've used, AAA Soto's Moving & Storage is by far the best. Communication was exceptional, confirming details before the move, letting us know when they would be 10 minutes late, asking about items they were packing, and making sure they were not hampering our activities. They were exceptionally courteous. The items they loaded were handled with great care, and there was no damage! Due to the distance we moved (Marana to Prescott) they were able to hold our furniture overnight so that we could transport ourselves

AAA Soto's helped me move from Tucson to Phoenix recently and the process was pretty seamless. Planning the move with Yvette over the phone made a typically stressful event much more manageable. Nacho and Eric arrived promptly at 7 AM at my Tucson apartment, safely moved all of my boxes and furniture from the second floor, got to my Phoenix apartment (before I did!), and were able to move everything up to the third floor - without complaints and with a great attitude. They even offered to help empty my car out once everything was said and done.

We sold our home and closed on a new home 2 days later. Our move was 4 bedrooms and heavy items. Our recording on our new house was delayed until late afternoon . Despite all this the movers were professional,hard working ,courteous, and never complained. Sotos was able to store our belongings right on their trucks. We could not ask for a better move. This is the company we would use for any other move we might have. Thank you Robert and all you crew.

Overall I had a very positive experience with AAA Soto's. I made the booking online and in the month leading up to my move I got at least four calls confirming my appointment. And then on move day they showed up 30 minutes early. I wasn't at my apartment at that time and they graciously waited and didn't charge me for any time before my scheduled start time.

I used Soto's moving multiple times and had great service from Nacho and Angel, however, this last time I received a crew with Jack and Javier and Jeff and they were awful. They damaged my furniture, they spent a lot of time smoking and in the bathroom of my apartment (one guy was even singing about taking a dump) then when they got to my BRAND NEW HOUSE instead of asking for permission, one of them used my Master bathroom where the toilet was not hooked up, defecated, could not flush and didn't tell me. However, I heard one of them washing their hands for 15 mins.

We moved from a northern state and were hopeful that we could hire a competent moving crew to assist us in unloading in Saddlebrooke. We contacted them from our northern home by phone. We scheduled an anticipated date, but they were flexible. We spoke with the owner/manager and his daughter to confirm arrival date and time as we drove to Tucson.
