I owned Smart Start for over 4 years. The veteran teachers and staff were patient with me, as it was my first time owning a business and being in the childcare industry. I only sold because we moved out of state. The director, Mrs. Lori remains and is the perfect person to oversee Smart Start daily. She brings compassion and order and makes all… families and children feel welcomed. The teachers are wonderful and provide curriculum based education, 2 healthy meals and snack daily. Overall Smart Start provides quality and reliable childcare. Although I miss having an official role at Smart

We toured Smart Start for the toddler class, unfortunately we did not follow through with enrollment due to other reasoning. The facility is clean, well staffed and Christina (<-- deserves all 5 stars) is awesome, she was welcoming, informative and her energy is unmatched, whether it was via phone, in person, or email.

My kids have been good to smart start for about 2years now I have never had any bad experiences with this daycare like I have at other ones. The staff is amazing they have always been so welcoming. The Director always make sure is there’s a problem and issue it gets taken care of. My kids don’t fight me to go to daycare. They are always ready to go. The curriculum is great. They do a great job helping with potty training also.

I highly recommend this daycare provider. The staff are both friendly and professional. I appreciate the consideration shown to respect my families religious beliefs. Lori is very attentive and has demonstrated prompt attention to my inquiries. Tiffany has gone above and beyond as a classroom teacher.

I have had struggles with daycares & since discovering Smart Start they have removed my worries! The admin staff is amazing, friendly & helpful. My child has been blessed with two of the best teachers. Ms. Delila & Ms. Stevonna are gems. I can tell they genuinely care & they are actually teaching. I always recommend Smart Start.

We've been going here for only a few months, but my three year old loves this daycare.
At his other daycares he didn't care for most teachers and kids and would mainly play by himself in a corner. I would ask him what he did with his friends, he would tell me "no friends mama" there was nothing wrong with those daycares, he just didn't like them.
At smart start he has opened up so much. He talks about his day and his friends. What they did. He tells me he likes this daycare, which he has never said before. I've noticed he started being more social when we're out and about as well since he started

I am so grateful for the staff at smart start! They have been great since day 1! I have an infant and a preschooler. They help you with thing such as potty training. Educational base curriculum! My really surprises me with vocabulary sometimes. My baby is also always clean and happy when I pick him up. It’s always a GREAT feeling when you know your children are in good hands when they can not be with you! Thank you Smart Start for being so good to my boys!

It's stressful finding daycare. Who do I want to trust to care for my toddler? We started using Smart Start this fall and we have found that our little guy enjoys “school”. He is happy when his dad drops him off and happy when I pick him up. The staff that work with him are all warm and inviting. I feel that his vocabulary has been improving with daycare as well. We will continue to use Smart Start as our daycare provider.

Picking a daycare can be scary, especially for little ones that can't tell you if they had a good or bad day at school. I am so thankful for how much Smart Start LC feels like an extension of our family. Our toddler clearly loves his teachers and the things he gets to learn and experience at daycare. I'm blown away by how much he learns each week at school. We highly recommend Smart Start LC.
