Mark is outstanding at what he does on top of the wonderful customer service provided both him and his staff. I brought some of my watches in needing repair and he returned a good as new product with two and shot me straight on the third. I trust him and will definitely return

Both people were very helpful as I didn't know what I wanted. Very patient, showing me a variety of choices. Friendly people. Road construction was a nuisance but was worth it.

Mark has been our Jeweler for over 15 years. From appraisals to diamond resets and he designed a necklace with a diamond set. He has restored prongs and always puts a polish to ring and stone. This a professional Jeweler who I trust and recommend highly

I brought it in and I was told a date so when it was that day I called and they said well we haven’t started it. I was very disappointment considering it had been there two weeks already!! picked it up and brought it home and had to take it back and my husband said you take that back it was rough and had a horrible satering job and they had a good… scratch in the engagement ring..So they fixed the satering job but not the scratch I asked to be fixed. so I have to take it to a new jeweler to be fixed! Very disappointed for the price I paid will not go back or recommend..

Gave them my engagement ring to size and they told me it would be done fri. It was Monday at the time.. I said okay no problem. I called later that day and told them I'd be going out of town but no biggie I'll just pick it up Monday when I get back. They called me back Wednesday and had it done!!! So nice!!
