Remodeling can be a big, complicated process, where we don't feel like we know what we need to in order to make the right decisions, or even where and how to start. Let us demystify bathroom remodeling and work with you to design a bathroom that meets your needs and your budget, efficiently. Mrs. T is 89 years old and her husband passed away recently.
Typically, everyone wants to start with designing how things will look. Appearance (can't stand it anymore!) Why are the problems happening? What layout will solve the problems? What materials will solve the problems? What are the functional & cost tradeoffs? Given your needs and budget, what is the best combination of layout & materials that will provide the best long-term value?
Keeping a household in working order is hard as it is. We sympathize, and we know how annoying it can be to have to deal with warranties on top of everything else. That's why we're simplifying things with this easy cheat sheet on what our Northern California and Northern Nevada clients can expect from their warranties.
Mrs. T is 89 years old and her husband passed away recently. She had concerns over her bathrooms that had old tile that was cracked and hard to clean because of the failing grout. Mrs. Thompson wanted easy to clean shower walls in place of her old tile walls. One of the things to avoid in remodeling is drama.
Mr. A retired about a year before he called us. He spent a career in healthcare at a hospital where he was responsible for moving patients from one area to another. After retirement, he spent time on everything except his home, because when you retire, that's what you can do! He called USA Bath after returning home from a vacation in San Diego.

My design consultation took place in December, 2019. The actual remodel began on March 16, 2020. The project was semi-completed as on May 28, 2020. I had to call USA Bath back to re-caulk the shower panels on June 19, 2020. As of June 19, 2020 the project was completed as well as it could be. I will explain my comments.
If I were to rate the owner, Alan; the manager, Dan; and the lead foreman,Lemoine, I would give them all 5 stars; however, because of the inordinate delays, the questionable quality of the materials, and the poor workmanship of the construction technicians, I can only give 1 star

USA Bath charged us $15,000+fees and refused to replace the sink upon request. Professional sales team did not advise that this sink was too small, collected the money and moved on. I was insulted to find out I would have to pay another $500 for the sink to be replaced, plus cost of extra sink. I found USA Bath to be inflexible and I was insulted at the customer service associated with a price tag like that.

I went in to Bath Planet and explained what I was interested in, they were going to call me with the information. Never received a call. Waited a couple months and went in again and explained this was my 2nd visit and no one cared enough to call me back, the lady guaranteed that they would get back to me. They needed to coordinate a time for the appraisal. Yet again, I never heard back from them. So if you would like your bathroom redone, I have a company in Carson City that will call you back, and offers great customer service.
