She is very smart, manages well, interacts very compassionately yet directly with people, and positively influences everyone she meets. Counseling is an amazing experience! If you are unsure about where to go, this is the place. Katie, the owner, works hard to give clients the best experience at her practice. Clients gain insight and make changes in their lives. I am grateful for the work she and the counselors at this practice are doing.

Call not returned. Confusing emails. Was suppose to have a 15 minute phone consult to hopefully start repairing a relationship.......but no one ever called. I emailed and called 2 days prior to confirm and ask a few questions......no one ever called me back. Highly recommend finding a different therapist.
2 days later I get an email with an excuse. I asked for someone to call me and instead I got an email and no call. This is poor business practice. I realize there are a bunch of good reviews.....maybe she is an excellent therapist..... but customer service could be improved

Lime Tree is a great place for counseling. Counseling can be beneficial even if you're not going through hard times. Genevieve is welcoming and professional. She can help put things into better perspective. Its great to get another persons opinion and advice to help become a better version of yourself.

Lime Tree is a trusty-worthy counseling center. It seems they have a very good team work and deals with every areas of life issues. Genevieve is a very warm and compassionate therapist to whom anyone can relate to.
She is not only equipped with counseling skills and knowledge, but also is deep spiritually...I highly recommend her..
