We just bought our house two months ago and suddenly we had septic backing up in the basement. They came out and were extremely helpful. Found that plastic bags had been flushed and were blocking our sewer drain. They cleaned the system, discussed repairs that needed to be done and gave us a really great deal. This is a great company to work with.

We had a pipe burst in our basement on Saturday evening (after house and weekend) and Matt was able to quickly ascertain the source of the problem, and fixed it with skill and speed. He checked everything was fine before he left, gave us guidance about what to expect, and even offered advice about another issue that was an unexpected but welcome professional opinion. We'll be calling the office on Monday to schedule more work with the folks at RotoRooter. Matt was a great plumber and we were glad he was there to help us in our emergency. And now we have a new plumber!

We had 3 technicians come out and all were professional. It was a 2 day job getting roots from our sewer. I was fearing the worse that our sewer had collapsed but that was not the case. I want to personally thank Matt, Dom and Dez for a great job. I feel so much better as a previous sewer cleaner told us we had a collapse and Wanted to dig and no proof. THANK YOU GUYS and Barbara in the office she got them right out to the house.

Had 2 positive experiences with Roto-Rooter recently. Both services were done proper and in a timely manner. But above all else, if you need something done, ask for Dominic. You won't be disappointed. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite and the upmost professional. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him. Roto rooter we thought would be great but unfortunately our experience was terrible! They came to fix pipes in our basement, not only were the pipes still leaking when they “finished” the job, the toilet is still not working properly, they never hooked the lines to the washer that they undid back up, and they left a mess!
we now have to hire ANOTHER company to fix their mess.
they have already come here once to “fix” their mess up, now they have to return for a THIRD time.
