Pelagic Property Management, LLC was formed in 2015 to provide property management services to an investment group. Our mission is to provide a safe, high quality environment, and to strive to maximize the value of the asset. On multiple occasions, the people of the 16 unit street I live on have received notices that power would be taken down To install the electric in other new units.
Every. Single. Time. it hasn’t happened.
Every. Single. Time. No one has been contacted of the change in schedule.
And good luck getting something repaired.
I am assuming that Pelagic Property Management is good at collecting rent. That’s what I can say good about them.
They have not screwed up cashing my check. But that’s the only thing they’ve gotten right.
Other than that, they are horrible - straight across the board
