Beware, I called and asked for an estimate on replacing the half shafts on a Honda Accord. I was supplying the new parts. Their estimate was double the cost, $489 of another shop. I asked him why and he admitted it was a quick easy job that took about two hours but to make it worth his trouble he was doubling the price. At least he was honest, so two stars.

The brakes on my Toyota Camry were in horrible condition. After looking at the front we assumed the back were just as bad. When we picked up the car we were informed only the front needed work. Who is this honest? This shop could have very easily charged us for front and back and we wouldn't have known the difference. We'll be using Ellis for all our repairs!

Nobody touches my vehicles but Ellis Automotive! Only place I go for repair, to do a pre-buy for a used vehicle, etc. Family owned and run, good honest people that care about their customers. You will see people whine about price from time to time, but if they took the time to talk to and get to know the owner then they would realize that he absolutely refuses to put junk parts on your vehicle! Over the years I've had Ellis do all the work on 4 different vehicles, several had major repairs done and I have NEVER once returned for a repair they made, when they fix it, it's fixed!

I don't trust any other auto shop with my vehicles. Family owned local business with a lot of heart. They're honest, do quality work and don't overcharge for unnecessary work. When I've been in real dire straits they've gone above and beyond to help me get my vehicle up and running quickly. I trust them and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!!
