In addition to providing prescription eyeglasses and contacts, Billings Family Eye Care can help with a number of vision problems:. When there are differences in the curvature of the front of the eye, images do not focus correctly on the retina, the tissues that detect light and begin processing a vision signal.
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) utilizes the natural differences in polarization that occur when light reflects from the different layers of the retina to provide detailed images of small structures of the eye that have a big impact on vision. Tiny changes over time or subtle structural problems are difficult to see and record through conventional microscopes.

Dr. Despain listens, asks questions to know more about your sight history and makes several recommendations that the patient can choose to act on. My optometrist retired, so I had to find new eyecare, covered by my insurance. I was certainly pleased by the professionalism of all staff, including optometrist Dr. Despain, but also the quality of the exam, with the latest high tech equipment, since I am starting to deal with both cataracts and glaucoma. I also appreciated the atmosphere here, with easy parking.

We've been patients of this practice for over 35 years. Even though the doctors and staff have changed over the years, we still feel welcomed. We receive excellent optical care. For us it is well worth the drive from south of Billings to the Billings Heights. Billings Family Eyecare is the absolute best!!

The Blgs Family Eye care is the best place to go. The staff are all like friends to me. I was told I was in stage 4 COPD and the Drs couldn't do much for me except keep me comfortable. Well I was having trouble with my glasses. It was like they're peeling. I just couldn't get them clean. I asked them if they could as I didn't need the expense for a new pair. They FULLY warranted them for me. I'll get a new pair next week. Needless to say I left with happy Tears in my eyes. Your compassion matches no other. 💝💝💝💝💝 You guys are the best

I was beyond impressed and fully satisfied with my first visit to Billings Family Eyecare. It took a while to get an appointment scheduled, but the wait was 110% worth it. Great Business. My Husband and I both needed eye care. They took great care of us. The ladies that work the front of house are very welcoming. They all helped me pick a pair of glasses that was the right style and color. They explained all the features and benefits, what my insurance covered and what it didn't. They also assured me that If i was not satisfied with my glasses or if my husband was not satisfied all we needed to do was call. I left with a smile on my face and I know that I will be back again.
