Sapling Wealth Management
I craft financial solutions that work for small businesses and individuals & deliver them with honesty and integrity. Sapling Wealth Management, LLC is an independent, boutique investment firm specializing in 401(k) advisory services. As a solo practitioner, I have an advantage when it comes to responsiveness and offering personal service.

For instance, I prefer to go to my clients, because I learn more about them when I see them in their environment. This higher level of service allows me to become a more trusted resource. Over 30 years of financial service experience has given me a deeper understanding of the risks and rewards of investing, which I communicate to my clients.

I believe investment advisers who execute best practices in wealth management for their clients can meaningfully add to an individual's long-term investment returns. Numerous studies support this belief. A recent study, published by The Vanguard Group in 2016, found that using an investment adviser can add approximately 3.0% to annual returns over time.
I named my firm "Sapling Wealth" because my clients value thoughtful investment strategies that will grow and appreciate over time. This enables them to focus on living life to the fullest. Everyone has a different style and set of preferences on managing their financial well-being. Some are do-it-yourselfers, but still need a road map.
Small business owners can benefit greatly from implementing a retirement plan for their employees. These plans not only improve employee retention, they build personal retirement wealth. I am an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), which means I specialize in managing retirement plans. Federal tax policy grants strong incentives to establish and support state-of-the-art corporate sponsored retirement plans.
Each episode features an interview with a Seattle business owner, unpacking their journey and uncovering insights from their experiences. These are the businesses that make our community special. If you're invested in the Seattle business community or are building a business yourself, this podcast is for you.
Just because you don't yet have significant liquid financial resources doesn't mean you shouldn't access quality financial advice that may meaningfully impact your long-term wealth. There are a few areas that should be on your checklist before starting with an investment adviser. Experience, competence, and financial acumen should be at the top of the list.
