My family and I are so very thankful for David Lukov and Kern Funeral Home for making such a painful time just a little easier. When we learned we were going to shortly lose our father, David met with us at the hospital to discuss initial plans. His genuine warmth and kindness shines through. He is so professional and patient. David answered all of our questions and truly helped us understand an unknown process. He walked us through every step unknown to us. While he is clearly a busy man, he made us feel like his only clients. Despite a dark time in our lives, David was a light and we feel like

My mother passed away in January of 2013, I was unable to attend the funeral, and the costs incurred were left unpaid. Four years later I was able to meet with Funeral Director, Rex Watt. I always believed that Funeral Homes profited on others peoples loss and heartbreak. Rex Watt and Kern Funeral Home has proven how very wrong I was. How do you write a review of a business that everybody wants to avoid but ultimately cannot? I believe the same tenderness they showed me was the same they showed my mother and best friend, who could ask for more?

No one likes to go to a funeral home let alone for someone you love.! We came for my grandfathers funeral and the staff there not only went out of their way to console us but thought of every little detail: each pee had two boxes of tissues, flowers were arranged around the room in an orderly fashion, blankets were provided at the burial site when we did not realize how cold it would be. I really appreciated how much thought and care they provided to my family during a really tough time for us.
