This review is specifically for David in the servicing department. I did a construction to permanent loan and ran into several issues along the way including several more complex with flood insurance removal and a principal reduction that was going to delay a refinance and expire my lock rate. David was attentive to each issue and resolved both of them same day.

UPDATE 10-2-2020: Jenni Geiger, VP of Production of Go Mortgage just spoke with me and apologized for how our loan went. Our underwriting fee is being refunded as their way to make amends for what happened. I have changed my rating from 1 Star to 5 Stars. We were caught up in an extremely heavy processing period due to the low refinance home mortgage interest rates. Thank You Ms. Geiger and Go Mortgage for what you are doing!!! I truly appreciate your quick action to rectify my impression of the company.

Not impressed with this lending company - they have had a file since May and are failing to close on time. - Calls to them have been screened and there is "no one else I can speak to" - previous contact said waiting for 1 item to clear in underwriting and would close on time - follow up later said - "no - the file is in line with the underwriter to clear that 1 condition" .. who knows when that will happen and there is a 5 day wait once it gets sent to USDA. Very unprofessional.
