I was over the top today!!! I love how every one is so nice. Plus’s I have struggled with a tooth for years to were I didn’t want to smile. Well today they fixed that. I was very pleased with some crown replacements and the way Dr. Smith handled my challenging case. He was willing to try something new and I am very pleased with the results! And I didn't have to go out of town! The office runs very efficiently, the hygienists were great, and I was even given a discount on the services. Can't beat that!

I had the best cleaning done by Lacey. She was very sweet, made me feel comfortable. She was super thorough but very gentle, didn't leave my mouth throbbing the rest of the day. The rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming. They do offer an in-house dental plan for people without dental insurance which is super convenient.

Benchmark dental has hardworking and kind personnel and doctors. From the desk lady all the way to the technicians, They are super accommodating and most importantly very professional within their job field. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing which is always important when you’re trusting someone with your mouth. Rochelle and dr. Smith are extremely good at their jobs. They make you feel comfortable and understood. They explain what they do and really listen. If I EVER have dental issues I come here for sure.

They are about accommodating and service. My wife after being a patient set me up an appointment. It was for x rays, evaluation and cleaning. After x rays and examination a game plan was set with Dr. Smith. I needed an extraction and deep scaling as opposed to a regular cleaning normally done 1 quadrant at a time. They had a cancellation and… because I live so far away they extended the apt. to deep clean upper and lower left quadrants and an extraction at my 1st apt. My 2nd apt. 11 days later was similar, doing a lot of work at each apt., upper and lower right quadrants, a filling and another

Got me in SUPER quick! Everyone was nice, polite, and got down to business.
My subsequent appointments were made immediately.
Office is very clean, inviting, and everyone is really professional.
Very good experience, especially because I am new to town and other places I called were harder to deal with (long wait, a lot of paperwork, etc).

I was super happy with this office. I had not gone to a dentist in like 10-12 years do to anxiety and they really made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff was freaking awesome! I also liked the fact that telling them my preferred name, they used it no problem. Very professional. Dentists can be scary but they made it so chill. Thanks Benchmark Dental!
