Bonnie was a pleasure to work with and so were the crew of installers. They were professional, clean with a high quality of workmanship. The bathroom remodel was done in a timely manner.

Don't think of Tub Hub and Tile as just a bathroom remodeling compa. Bonnie and her team redid my kitchen completely, down to the studs and I love it. I had her back recently for a lot of different small projects including re-organizing and pairing my laundry room area and they have course did a great job once again.
Bonnie is the hardest working person I know and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for any size project.

The concierge experience.Once they know my goals and disclose what they will for the quoted price they run with it. they call when they need my input, but I am not being constantly asked for decisions on minutia like some contractors. Owner just sent me a message stating "This is not our buisness [sic]. This a female run buisness [sic]. Another company rents space in the same building with our name on it Tub Hub. BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Henry is a liar who will make excuses as to why he won't give your money back. Blames his tub tech for stealing from him. He would reimburse me "if he had the money." Very similar story as another review which I regret not checking in advance. I had my tub reglazed...twice! Their tech did a horrendous job. Had him redo it and it was even worse!! He was scheduled to come back to polish the lumps but never showed! I would rate a zero if I could.

Tub Hub and Tile provided excellent, comprehensive service for resurfacing our entire bathroom before putting our house on the market. They considered details I had not even thought of, including other areas of the house that needed updating for a quick sale. Bonnie took away every worry with her thoughtful and reassuring approach. Her timely and consistent communication, as well as expertise and personalized service, were invaluable. I never would’ve gotten through this process without her.

I highly recommend this company . Bonnie came right out to give me an estimate, and helped me select the materials needed for two bathrooms and a hall entry remodel. She was able to start the work right away, and her crew did a beautiful job, working late to make my deadline, so I could sell my house. Now it looks so nice, I had second thoughts about moving. DON'T USE this company. Had the tub done 5 years ago. The guy that did it initially had to come back after a week and fix the mess ups. Should have known then. A year ago it started peeling around the fixtures and on the back of the tub. John and Bonnie will not respond to phone messages or emails. Based on other reviews I am not the only one that has had problems.

The tub and tile around the tub were resurfaced changing the color from outdated and ugly to sparkling white , just what I wanted. The entire experience was an A+ , due to Tub-Hub’s proprietary method of GLAZING tubs and tile. My initial call was promptly returned ,the process explained , an estimate given and a date for service made at my convenience, no lengthy waiting period. They were extremely accommodating. Poor workmanship, Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. had to return a second time a couple days later to fix drips. Then the finish bubbled and cracked within 18 months. We followed the cleaning and care directions perfectly. Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. had all kinds of excuses how it was our fault that the tub bubbled and cracked, like we used the wrong cleaners (we did not) and that the house shifted (it did not). Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. said they would send out a supervisor to look at the tub, that never happened. They do not honor their 5 year warranty. Tub Hub and Tile, Inc. stated that they could recommend

We had them do our tub and it looked great. It started peeling on the outside, then around the drain. After a few months, a big chunk peeled off the side. It took us months to get them to address this issue. They finally came and redid the work after we threatened to have it done ourselves and send them the bill. The tub looks good again but they damaged my window sill and refused to replace the caulk they removed. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Absolutely terrible phone manners. That is if you can get them to answer during business hours. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service skill. Don't just hang up on people when they explain their circumstance. Just because I didn't need the work done now doesn't justify that kind of treatment. Furthermore if the quality of work is the same as their customer service, well then I most certainly saved myself additional headache.

This place was just what I needed! I was selling my townhouse and needed the bathroom redone but didn't want to spend tons of money. They re-glazed it and did an amazing job. But it gets better...Bonnie, the owner, helped me with so many other projects that needed to be done. She found me painters, window washers and a floor guy. It made this whole process so easy. She was a one stop shop! I would highly recommend using them if you have any remodeling projects.

In Feb. 2007 my parents had Miracle Method (now TUB HUB AND TILE) resurface the tub and surround. They did a good job. In April of 2013 they called them to fix a few marks in tub and on the surround so that they could get the home ready to sell. Bonnie gave them a price for 375.00 That sounded good so they put down a deposit of 200. Joe and George came out and did the tub, left some "dribble marks" as they called it and said it was their fault and they would come back to fix it, and buff it out. They also said the surround was too far gone and need to be replaced so my parents agreed
