I called to ask if they service motorcycles and about prices, the man who answered said he would call me back. I waited 2 hours and no call, so I called again to simply ask how long does a call back normally take (since I originally reached out due to good reviews of time and communication). Well the man did not acknowledge my question, proceeded by asking if I'm the one who called to ask about the motorcycle, once I said yes, he said I'll call you back, CLICK (that's him hanging up). That is not right, first you disregard my purpose of calling, and do not give me a heads up the conversation is

THIS COMPANY PUT MY CAR IN THEFT MODE AND BLAMED IT ON THE BATTERY!!
I lost my car keys and really needed help. I called these guys for help on making a new key. After making a new key for my car, my car didn’t start and they told me it was because I needed a new battery. They still charged me 150 dollars and left. (Usually a good locksmith will not charge you if it doesn’t work.) I bought a new battery and the key still didn’t work. I called another locksmith, who were much more professional and started my car within 2 minutes. The new locksmith proceeded to tell me it wasn’t my battery
