Services
Melinda is a native to Marshfield and loves serving and working in our great community. She has 12+ years of experience managing the front office of multiple dental practices. She understands the intricacies of dental insurance policies and will assist everyone with maximizing their dental benefits.
Regular dental visits are essential to make sure oral health problems are detected and treated in a timely manner. At our office, your oral health is our paramount concern. We want to make sure your teeth stay healthy, function well and look great! From regular cleanings and exams to advanced restorative treatments, all of your routine dental needs can be met right here.
Dr. Rockwood earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree graduating with honors from the University of Missouri Kansas City - School of Dentistry in 2006. He enjoyed his childhood growing up in Lake Oswego, Oregon just south of the beautiful City of Roses-Portland, Oregon. He met his sweetheart, Marshfield resident Julianne Baker, while attending Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
Almost half way between Springfield and Lebanon, Rockwood Family Dental sits along historic Route 66. Take the Marshfield exit off I-44 at mile marker 100. Following Hwy 38 (Spur Drive) SE through town, turn left onto Hwy CC at Casey's General Store, then left at the Dollar General toward Conway. You are now on Historic Route 66 and our clinic is approx.

I brought my 3 kiddos in this afternoon for their first check-up at Rockwood. My kids are 3, 5 and 7. The assistants, hygienist and Dr. Rockwood all made them feel so comfortable! We left with no tears shed from any of them!
Every employee was so kind, patient and strived to make relationships with my kids. They wanted them to feel comfortable. The kids also enjoyed getting to watch Netflix during their check-up.
It was very clean and they used top notch technology. We are lucky to have such a wonderful office in Marshfield!

The whole staff is amazing and Dr. Rockwood put my fears at ease just by his calm demeanor. Brooke did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and was so gentle and understanding, and went above and beyond measure to fullfill a request I had. I appreciate the time her and Dr. Rockwood took to answer all my questions without feeling like they were rushing me out the door. A great dental experience!!

We had been going to a dental office in Springfield for years...specifically for a pediatric dentist for our children. When we learned that Dr. Rockwood loves working with children we wanted to give his dental office a try. He and his staff far exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so friendly. After our visit, our kids could not quit talking about how much better they liked Dr. Rockwood and his staff.
Their new office is beautiful and has up to date technology. I would highly recommend Rockwood family dental to anyone looking for a great dental office!

Since I am at retirement age, I've had extensive history with dental offices. Some were great and others not. I can honestly say Dr. Rockwood is absolutely the best I've ever had. He greatly cares about each of his patients and treats each one as if they were all family. This also holds true with his staff. They are remarkable and have that "chemistry" that really shines through. The office is state of the art. BTW: Dr. Rockwood still serves his country as an Officer in the United States Navy Reserve.

I just had my cleaning with Dr. Rockwood with Rockwood Family Dental! Dr. Jeffrey Rockwood is fantastic, and I cannot say enough kind words about everyone in the office. What a great experience!!
They are accepting new patients, and the wait to get an appointment is very short. If you are in search of a professional, wonderful dentist, I would highly recommend this new office (located across from the golf course on Highway CC/Hubble Drive, where the old clubhouse/Sheila’s used to be located).
